Based on tracking and supervising the repair of damage in public interest litigation, the procuratorial organ considers the circumstances of voluntary and active payment of public interest damage compensation deposits by infringers (defendants) in public interest litigation cases as a consideration factor for lenient treatment of pleading guilty and accepting punishment, which can effectively improve their enthusiasm to pay compensation in advance.
