Experts gave lectures around air pollution prevention, public interest litigation case handling auxiliary system, digital procuratorial construction, fast detection technology and other contents, which played a promoting role in improving the ability of procuratorial staff in public interest litigation prosecution departments to perform their duties, enhancing the quality and efficiency of case handling, and strengthening scientific and technological empowerment.

Wujiaqu City of the 6th Division of the Corps is close to Changji City in terms of culture and landscape, and has natural advantages and convenience in close cooperation. On March 1, the People's Procuratorate of Wujiaqu Reclamation Area (City) of the 6th Division of the Corps and the People's Procuratorate of Changji City held an exchange forum to discuss the experience of criminal prosecution and public interest litigation, and initially reached an intention of cooperation on establishing a judicial linkage mechanism for law enforcement in different places, promoting the construction of military and local ecological civilization and economic and social development.

In addition to building a platform, mechanism and promotion, some military and local procuratorial organs have launched a joint case handling mechanism to form a joint force of supervision.
Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Horgos City and the People's Procuratorate of Huocheng Reclamation Area of the Fourth Division of the Corps, together with the Market Supervision Administration of Horgos City, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Kekedala City of the Fourth Division of the Corps and other departments, carried out joint military and local inspection activities, focusing on monitoring the drinking water safety of residents in both places.
The joint inspection team went to the protection zone of the water source shared by the two places and the drinking water production enterprises under their jurisdiction to check whether the environmental sanitation conditions around the water source and the water quality testing were up to standard, and to understand the production and sales of drinking water of enterprises.
In view of the problems found in the inspection, the inspection team urged the competent unit to strengthen supervision and inspection, prevent unqualified drinking water from entering the market, and earnestly safeguard the safety of drinking water for the masses.
In February this year, the Tekes County People's Procuratorate analyzed and sorted out the illegal and criminal cases involving the workers and the masses of the 78th Regiment of the Fourth Division, and solicited opinions from the People's Procuratorate of Yining Reclamation Area of the Fourth Division for many times to jointly form social governance suggestions.
