Tianshan.com - Xinjiang Legal Daily News (reporter Li Xuqun, correspondent Yang Mei reported) On March 6, the People's Procuratorate of Xinyuan County held a joint meeting with the Rural Revitalization Bureau of the county, and formulated and countersigned the Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening the Linkage between Judicial Assistance and Rural Revitalization Assistance (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Opinions).
In the Implementation Opinions, the focus is to include people in rural areas who are at risk of returning to poverty due to cases into the scope of assistance, increase the "poverty concern" for rural people, and strengthen judicial assistance and poverty alleviation.
At the joint meeting, the People's Procuratorate of Xinyuan County and the Rural Revitalization Bureau of Xinyuan County made specific provisions on information sharing, dynamic monitoring, joint return visits and other work to promote the effective connection between national judicial assistance and rural revitalization.
It is understood that since 2020, the People's Procuratorate of Xinyuan County has continuously updated the relief concept, established and improved the working mechanism, expanded the diversified relief pattern, and strengthened the relief for women, children, and the disabled. So far, the hospital has handled 83 cases of judicial assistance, benefiting 95 people, and granted 491000 yuan of relief funds.
