Tianshan.com - Xinjiang Legal Daily (reporter Li Xuqun, correspondent Wang Lipin reported) On February 21, the Qingshuihe Court of the People's Court of Huocheng County resolved a dispute over a housing lease contract.
Luo and Ma are good friends. On September 1, 2012, Mr. Luo rented a house located in Qingshuihe Town, Huocheng County to Mr. Ma for a period of five years. The two signed a house lease contract.
In August 2021, Ma requested to terminate the lease contract. When Luo was ready to take back the house, Ma asked Luo to compensate him for the decoration fee, but Luo disagreed. In February 2022, Ma hired someone to destroy the house. On February 14 of the same year, Luo took the house back. According to the appraisal, the damaged items in the house are worth 67000 yuan.
On May 11, 2022, Luo sued Ma to Huocheng County Court. After negotiation, both parties agreed to mediate, but during the mediation process, Ma applied for re identification of the damaged articles.
On February 10, after hearing, the court ruled that Mr. Ma should pay the remaining rental fee and some losses. Under the patient persuasion of the judge, Luo and Ma shook hands and made peace.
