At about 9:00 on February 9, Ma, a resident of the 9th Company of the 31st Regiment of the Second Division of the Corps, went to his cotton field to pick up residual cotton. When he first arrived at the field, he was dumbfounded: a group of sheep were "feasting" in the cotton field, and there was little cotton left.
Looking around, Ma found that Ai, the owner of the sheep, was sitting on the other side of the cotton field playing with his mobile phone.
"Look at your sheep, what they have done to my cotton field, and quickly lose money." Ma asked Ai to pay 7000 yuan for the loss.
"I thought this piece of land was left unattended, and your cotton was not worth the price," said Ai.
Both sides insisted on their own words. After the communication was fruitless, Ma called Ma Bin, a police officer from Taiisk Police Station of Uruk Reclamation District Public Security Bureau of the Second Division of the Corps.
After understanding the situation, Ma Bin and his colleagues rushed to the cotton field. At this time, Ma and Ai are still arguing.
"Calm down. It's wrong that Ai didn't take care of his own sheep, but you can't ask too much. We have to be realistic." Ma Bin patiently persuaded Ma, and analyzed the issue of tort liability compensation from a legal perspective to clarify the interests of both parties.
Persuaded by the police, both sides are willing to step back. Ai offered to give Ma two lambs as compensation, and Ma agreed.
