This is yet another VPS package that failed to deliver in terms of speed. I bought VS-STORAGE-1 package thinking it would offer better download/upload speeds but these hopes were soon dashed. I struggled to get 1 Mbit upload which is totally inadequate when you have large files to upload. It would take over 5 hours to upload 500MB. It does not mak e any sense to have large storage servers but you can't use them efficiently due to the poor speeds. The download speeds were no better. In fact when doing multiple downloads the speed halved for just under 1Mbit to 400bits. Then add another download to that and the speeds were terrible. So if you had 3 users downloading from your VPS server their speed would be approximately 200Mbits. Again how can you run any website on a VPS server that has poor speeds like this.

For the speeds it had to be 1 star but I gave 2 stars because the customer service was decent and they did try to help and replied to my tickets within a few hours.

They did suggest buying a dedicated server but I have lost a little faith now to take that risk and get a slow server.

Another disappointing outcome from this is that I have lost my money as they wont give a refund even though I bought it a couple of days ago and made the complaint from day 2.

If you want decent VPS speeds I would suggest looking for better hosting.

In general, my experience with them has been very good. I want to specifically point out that their support team is, In my opinion, the best I've ever seen. Under 15min response time, they never ask for compensation and galdly help you for free and have this far, successfully resolved tickets and requests, where other huge hosters such as the German Hetzner have failed horribly.

Will move all of my servers here in time.

I work with this company about half a year. I can reccomend all their services for any bussiness that needs good performance, professional support with great offers.

The support of this hosting is highly qualified professionals, not freelancers from third world countries. Need to configure BGP? You can get help. Need help transferring addresses between servers? They will help you. Many web hosts simply do not offer such flexible services.

vsys hosts a blatant fraud version of our shop attempting to scam our customers with fake discounts. They have been notified through all the appropriate channels and yet do nothing. I have followed up yet keep getting told to email an email that never responds. They appear to not care that they are faciliating blatant fraud and copyright enfringme nt.

Like others' experiences posted here, my copyrighted content has been stolen and is being hosted on their servers. Abuse complaints have been ignored. The website itself cannot be contacted, but since Virtual Systems is the host, I tried them. I think it's apparent that hosting stolen content is a business model for them.

Had a VPS with them for a short while. Support will take several days to respond to issues. They will also immediately suspend you for any complaints, no warnings, or forwarding of complaints to you for resolution. Stay away.

They do not respond to abuse reports. Virtual Systems should take responsibility for hosting websites that violate the law, yet, they are unresponsive, even when you follow up on chat.
