About ordering: If you need to order, you are welcome to send color samples or quality samples. We will serve you wholeheartedly.
About quotation: the order quantity requirements directly affect the unit price. Please clearly indicate the quantity to be purchased before purchasing.
About color difference: all products of our company are shot in kind. Due to the relationship between the display or shooting light source, color difference will occur. Customers who are concerned about color difference must consider taking photos again or sending samples for confirmation first.
About delivery time: delivery within 24 hours after sample cutting. Orders shall be delivered within the time specified in the contract. If there are special circumstances that lead to the failure of delivery, the buyer will be contacted in a timely manner.
About freight: delivery of rice samples. If you need to specify express delivery, please contact customer service. All large goods are consigned.
As for the return and replacement of goods: the goods delivered will not be replaced if there is no quality problem. If there is a quality problem, it will be settled through negotiation within 7 days after receiving the goods, and will not be accepted if it expires.
