What is the concept of 119.5 grams? An ordinary egg is about 50g each, which is equivalent to the weight of two and a half eggs. Usually, the crawfish we buy is between 30g and 40g, and the "king crawfish" is three times as big as them.
So is this "Crawfish King" the lobster we normally eat? What's the secret of breeding it?

Ji Kunxiang said that in general, the breeding environment of this kind of lobster is more particular, and the breeding density should be controlled within a certain range. At the same time, special attention will be paid to the maintenance of lobster food and aquatic plants needed for molting sites.
"This kind of crawfish is better than ordinary crawfish because of its particular breeding and large size." Ji Kunxiang said, "Usually it is sold on a case by case basis, usually more than 50 yuan per kilogram, and the supply often exceeds the demand."

It is reported that the crawfish breeding mode of this "competition" is basically rice shrimp comprehensive planting and breeding, which is the main mode of new comprehensive planting and breeding vigorously promoted in Hangzhou in recent years. At present, Hangzhou has a total area of about 10000 mu for comprehensive cultivation and breeding of rice crawfish.
As an ecological cycle farming model, the new comprehensive planting and breeding can achieve "one water for two purposes, one field for two harvests", organically combine rice planting and aquaculture, build a symbiotic and mutually promoting system, and significantly improve the economic benefits of rice fields and farmers' income on the premise of stable rice production.
