Ye Jinsong was relieved from his post as Deputy Director of Shanghai State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Ye Jinsong is the chairman of Shanghai Guosheng (Group) Co., Ltd.
Tan Ruicong was relieved from his post as Vice President of the Shanghai Academy of Sciences.
Lu Gang was appointed Deputy Director of Shanghai Development and Reform Commission.
Li Wei was appointed Deputy Director of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Zhang Lan was relieved from the post of Deputy Director of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
