Anti counterfeiting "AI changes face", the Bund Conference · Global Deepfake Attack and Defense Challenge starts registration

Recently, the application for the Bund Conference Global Deepfake Attack and Defense Challenge was officially launched. The event provides a million level dataset, carries out practical combat drills against the fraud risk of "AI face changing", and sets up a 1 million yuan bonus pool to encourage technical talents who promote AI to be good.

The competition is hosted by Ant Group and hosted by Ant Digital Science. ATEC Frontier Science and Technology Exploration Community, Ant Security Lab and Cyberspace Security College of University of Science and Technology of China are co sponsors. ZOLOZ, an online identity authentication service provider, provides technical support and Alibaba Cloud provides computing support. The event will be held in Kaggle, a world-famous data science competition platform. The top three teams in the finals of each track will be invited to the INCLUDION · Bund Conference in Shanghai to accept the award and participate in the exhibition competition.

It is reported that the competition has two separate video and audio tracks, and the data set consists of public data and forged data. Among them, forged image data covers more than 50 generation methods in real scenes, and forged audio and video includes more than 100 combined attack methods, with a total training dataset of more than 1 million. Players need to train the AI model, give the probability value of data forgery, and the accuracy rate is TOP20. In the final, experts will be invited to select the TOP team according to the accuracy of the results, combined with the innovation, generalization, practicality, interpretability and other dimensions of the scheme. Deepfake (deep forgery technology) is the use of deep learning algorithms to simulate and forge audio and video content, which can be used in film production, video editing, virtual reality and other fields. In recent years, there have been many cases of malicious use of this technology for AI face fraud abroad, resulting in economic and property losses, reputation damage and other incidents, and the trend is gradually spreading to China. In the face of global technical challenges, it is urgent to cultivate AI talents with practical ability.
