Before work, I often talk about losing weight. Although I am less than 160 kg tall, my weight of more than 80 kg is not fat, just talking about it.

       

After work, I gradually gained weight and headed for 100kg because of long sitting and lack of exercise. Later, I became pregnant and had a strong reaction in the first three months of my life. After three months, my appetite became better and better, and I wanted to eat everything. People around me also told me that it was OK, and that it was a blessing to eat. You had to eat for two, otherwise, the nutrition of the baby would not be enough. As a result, I ate, and the nutrition that the baby could not absorb was all over my body. The day before giving birth, I said that my weight was nearly 140 kg, 20 kg more than Mr. H. People around me comforted me that I was not afraid, and soon lost weight after giving birth and feeding.

       

On the second day after giving birth, Mr. H helped me to get weighed, and I really lost weight, nearly 10 kg, but my figure was still the same as that of five months of pregnancy. During the month, the amount of milk was not enough. I tried a lot of ways to hasten the milk, but the milk was not enough. People became fatter and almost became depressed.


Three months after delivery, because of pain of pubic separation, the doctor asked me to stay in bed. I didn't think about losing weight. Three months later, I will take a walk after dinner when I take my baby with me, but I dare not increase the amount of exercise. Therefore, the weight of more than 50 kg was maintained until the baby was 11 months old. At that time, I suddenly learned that three months later, I would return to my original unit and wear work clothes every day, but I could not wear them at that time. To be honest, I felt a little inferior at that time. I didn't like taking pictures or looking in the mirror. It happened that the baby was weaned, and I was determined to start losing weight.


My family also supported me at this time. Mr. H accompanied me to get a fitness card, apply for a fat reduction camp, and complete various household fitness equipment. My weight loss life has officially begun.


The figure below shows the results of my weight loss officially started in March this year. The data is only available at the end of June. This morning, I weighed 47.5kg, which has reached the annual target of 48kg this year.

       

       


My weight loss speed is not fast. It is about 0.5kg a week. My aunt's weight will rise slightly before her, and sometimes her weight will drop by 1kg after her. Hard work pays off. Three months of persistence, from 56.7kg to 48kg, The upper and lower chest girth were reduced by 5cm and 6.5cm respectively, Waist circumference decreased by 18cm, hip circumference decreased by 4cm, thigh circumference decreased by 5cm, Finally, I can easily put on my work clothes.


This is a successful experience of losing weight. I am happy to share my experience with you, hoping to provide some reference for sisters who are on the road of reducing fat.


About motion:


Exercise for 5 days a week and set two rest adjustment days. I usually choose Wednesday and Saturday. Stick to the gym once or twice a week (Run for 30min 4km+elliptical machine for 20min+stretch for 10min), and follow the APP to exercise at home the rest of the time.

The combination of aerobic and anaerobic training and the regular transformation of training parts can not only make the exercise not boring, but also ensure that all parts of the body can be exercised.

People in the fitness industry often say, "Three points for practice and seven points for eating". I didn't think so before, but my own experience tells me that this is the truth that must be followed.


Show you my diet during weight loss:


PS: All foods are divided by protein, carbon water, vegetables and fruits. One portion of food intake should be based on one's own fist, and one portion of dairy products should be based on 200ml.


Breakfast:

      

       

        Breakfast: 1 bowl of carbon water (oatmeal/millet porridge/corn/potatoes/purple potatoes/brown rice/whole wheat bread, etc.)+1 portion of milk or soy milk or yogurt+1 egg+1 bowl of vegetables and fruits

At the beginning of fat reduction, skim milk is recommended for milk, and home-made sugar free skim yogurt is recommended for yogurt, and boiled eggs in white water is preferred.

    

Lunch and dinner:

      

      



Lunch: 1 bowl of carbon water+1 portion of protein (chicken breast/fish/shrimp/lean beef, etc.)+1 portion of vegetables (root vegetables count as carbon water).

       Dinner: 1 portion of protein+1 portion of vegetables (mainly green leafy vegetables), If you are not hungry for dinner, don't eat carbon water.



Extra meals:

       

        Additional meal: add a piece of fruit (pitaya/apple/citrus, etc.) at about 10 am; Add a nut (peanut kernel/walnut/cashew nut, etc.) at about 3:00 p.m


Healthy weight loss is not to let you not eat or eat less. The key is to eat reasonably and healthily.


The above is my secret to lose weight. I have successfully lost weight by keeping my mouth shut.


After losing weight successfully, I found that I had changed a lot, not only externally, but also psychologically. I was more positive about people and things than I was when I was fat. I became more interested in clothes and food, and I was really happy to start buying again. More happy than I was, Mr. H saw me lose weight and dragged me to the mall every weekend to buy clothes. Fortunately, I was more rational, otherwise my wallet would lose weight as fast as me.
