The User Agreement of Lichuang Shopping Mall is made by Shenzhen Lichuang E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as“ We ”、“ Lichuang Shopping Mall ”）With the user (hereinafter referred to as“ you ”）The agreement between the two parties on all products and/or services provided to you by Lichuang Mall (hereinafter referred to as“ This Agreement ”）。
Before using our products and/or services, you must carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement. If you are a minor, please read this agreement with your legal guardian, especially the important clauses that remind you to pay attention in bold and black and/or underlined forms. 1、 Subject and scope of the agreement
1.1 This agreement is between you and Lichuang Mall for the user's use of Lichuang Mall (which refers to Lichuang Mall as the operation and technical service provider, including but not limited to Lichuang Mall portal official website（ https://www.szlcsc.com/ ）, Lichuang Mall App and other websites operated by Lichuang Mall, App and existing or future possible new service forms of technology development) and services. "Lichuang Mall" refers to Shenzhen Lichuang E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and its possible operation related units of related services.
1.2 The Privacy Policy of Li Chuang Mall and any announcement, publicity and other regulatory content issued by Li Chuang Mall are regarded as supplementary agreements to this agreement, which are inseparable from this agreement and have the same legal effect. If you register and use the service of Lichuang Mall, you are deemed to agree to the above supplementary agreement. In case of any inconsistency between the above contents, the latest content shall prevail.
2、 Service instructions
2.1 Lichuang Mall provides you with network services through the Internet. To use Lichuang Mall, you must:
(1) Self equipped with the necessary equipment for Internet access, including personal mobile phones, tablet computers, modems, routers, etc;
(2) To bear the telephone fees and network fees related to this service paid by individuals for Internet access;
(3) Select the software version (if any) that matches the installed terminal device.
2.2 Based on the importance of the network services provided by this website, you confirm and agree that:
(1) The registration information provided is true, accurate, complete, legal and effective. If there is any change in the registration information, it should be updated in a timely manner;

(8) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(9) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;
(10) Insult or slander others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(11) Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3.3 Your account may not be transferred or sold to other parties, and Lichuang Mall reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account according to your wishes. In addition, you also need to ensure that you are not the subject of trade restrictions, sanctions or other legal and rule restrictions imposed by any country, international organization or region, otherwise you should stop using the services of Lichuang Mall. At the same time, you understand that you may not be able to normally register and use the services of this website in violation of the above requirements.
3.4 If there is any change in your personal data, you must inform the website of the update in a timely manner, and you agree to receive emails and information from Lichuang Mall or its partners.
3.5 This website only allows each user to use one account in Lichuang Mall. 4、 Use of accounts and services
4.1 Since your account is associated with your personal information and business information of the Lichuang Mall, your account of the Lichuang Mall is only for you/our staff. In the event that the law clearly requires Lichuang Mall, as a website service provider, to verify the information of some users, Lichuang Mall will check and verify your information from time to time according to law, and you should cooperate in providing the latest, true, complete and effective information.
4.4 If Lichuang Mall fails to contact you according to the information you provided last time, you fail to provide information in time according to the requirements of Lichuang Mall, the information you provided is obviously untrue, or the administrative and judicial authorities verify that the information you provided is invalid, you will bear all losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others and Lichuang Mall. If you violate the above commitment, Lichuang Mall has the right to make corresponding treatment or terminate the service provided to you according to the provisions of this agreement and relevant rules, without obtaining your consent or notifying you in advance.

6、 Transaction specification
6.1 Unless otherwise proved, the commodity and transaction data stored in the records of Lichuang Mall are the only valid evidence for you to use the services of the Mall.
6.2 You should abide by Chinese laws, regulations, rules and local laws when using the services of Lichuang Mall and purchasing goods.
6.3 During the transaction, you should review and check the information of the purchased goods/services, including the price, quantity, payment or transportation method of the goods, as well as the consignee, address and contact information. When you click the "Submit Order" button, it means that you agree that all the information contained in the order is correct and complete. By placing an order for an item, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale contained in the description of the item, as long as such conditions of sale do not violate this Agreement or are not illegal.
6.5 The advertisements, price lists and statements of Lichuang Mall do not constitute an offer. Lichuang Mall has the right to unilaterally withdraw the information or cancel the contract in case of obvious errors or shortages of products and orders appearing on the Mall. Lichuang Mall reserves the right to limit the quantity of products ordered. While placing the order, you also acknowledge that you have reached the legal age to purchase these products, and will be responsible for the authenticity of all the information you provide in the order.
6.6 The price and availability of the product are specified on Lichuang Mall. You understand and agree that we have the right to change such information at any time without giving you any notice. The delivery fee will be settled separately. The fee will vary according to the delivery method you choose. In case of an unexpected situation, after confirming your order, you have the right to cancel your order due to price changes caused by supplier price increases, tax changes, or website errors, and hope you can timely notify Dangdang Customer Service Department via email or phone. 7、 After sales service and product quality

7.2 The quality of articles, if there are national standards or professional standards, shall be subject to national standards or professional standards; In the absence of the aforesaid standards, the enterprise standards of the manufacturer shall prevail; If there is no manufacturer enterprise standard, it shall be determined by the user through consultation with Lichuang Mall. If the quality of the item does not meet the standard, you can request replacement or return.
8、 Network security
8.1 You agree that you will not use any robot, spider software, screen software or other automatic means to enter the website for any purpose without the express written permission of Lichuang Mall. In addition, you agree that you will not:
(1) Conduct any behavior that causes or may cause (as determined by the Mall in its own discretion) unreasonable or disproportionate heavy load to the Richuang Mall;

9.3 When you use our services, the intellectual property rights of original information such as text, pictures, videos, software and performances published and uploaded by Lichuang Mall and services belong to you (or otherwise agreed by a third-party content provider and you). However, based on the needs of our mall's operation, you confirm that your publication and upload of such information are regarded as non exclusive, permanent Irrevocably grant all legal rights and interests related to intellectual property rights, portrait rights, user ID names, etc. related to such information. Lichuang Mall has the rights and interests of litigation subject qualification, and has the right to obtain evidence and file a lawsuit against third-party infringement in its own name. 9.6 Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, we enjoy independent use rights and interests of competitive data rights and interests obtained based on legal processing of data without your consent.

The compilation of all the contents in Lichuang Mall is our exclusive property and protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws. All the software in Lichuang Mall is the property of us or our software suppliers and is protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws.
10、 Force majeure and excuse
10.1 Lichuang Mall has the obligation to technically ensure the normal operation of the website, try to avoid service interruption or limit the interruption time to the shortest time, and ensure the smooth progress of users' online trading activities.

11、 Liability for breach of contract
11.1 If we find or receive reports or complaints from others about your violation of this agreement or laws, regulations and relevant national regulations, we have the right to take warning, freeze, terminate/suspend/restrict the use of the account and other functions, terminate or terminate this agreement, or propose damages and other measures.
11.2 If your behavior causes us losses (including but not limited to direct losses, reputation losses, fines from third parties, claims, etc.), we have the right to recover the full amount from you. If you have property such as cash deposit, virtual currency, or virtual rights such as coupons in Lichuang Mall, we have the right to freeze.
11.3 After the termination of this Agreement, except as expressly provided by law, Lichuang Mall has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or the third party designated by you. After the termination of this agreement, Lichuang Mall still has the following rights: continue to keep all kinds of information you keep in Lichuang Mall according to the law; For your past breach of contract, Lichuang Mall can still hold you liable for breach of contract in accordance with this agreement.
11.4 Lichuang Mall can publicize the information about the measures taken to deal with your above-mentioned breach of contract and other illegal information confirmed by the effective legal documents of the state administrative or judicial authorities in our mall, community, we media or other media, and you will bear all the consequences at that time.
12、 Notices and advertisements
12.1 When you register as a user of Lichuang Mall and accept the services of the Mall, you should provide the Mall with a true and effective contact information (including your e-mail address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.). If the contact information changes, you are obliged to update the relevant information in a timely manner and keep the status of being contacted.
12.2 The member account (including sub account) generated when you registered the users of Lichuang Mall, which is used to log in the internal mail, system messages and instant messages of the mall's receiving station, also serves as your effective contact information.
12.3 Lichuang Mall will send you various notices to one or several of the above contact information, and the contents of such notices may have a significant beneficial or adverse impact on your rights and obligations. Please pay attention to them in a timely manner.
12.4 Lichuang Mall sends you a notice through the above contact information, including but not limited to a written notice sent electronically, including but not limited to an announcement in the mall, sending a mobile phone message to the contact number you provide, sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide, sending system messages and in station information to your account, and it will be deemed to be delivered upon successful sending; A written notice sent in paper form shall be deemed to have been delivered on the fifth natural day after it is mailed to the contact address provided.
12.5 For any dispute arising from trading activities in the Lichuang Mall, you agree that the judicial authorities (including but not limited to the People's Court) can serve you legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents) by means of modern communication or mail, such as SMS, email or in station mail. The mobile phone number, e-mail address or in station letter and other contact information you specify to receive legal documents are the mobile phone number and e-mail contact information provided when you register and update in the Lichuang Mall, and the member account generated when you register users in the Mall. The legal documents sent by the judicial authority to the above contact information are deemed to be delivered. The mailing address you specify is your legal contact address or the valid contact address you provide.
12.6 You agree that the judicial authority can use one or more of the above delivery methods to deliver legal documents to you, and the judicial authority can use multiple ways to deliver legal documents to you, and the delivery time shall be subject to the first one of the above delivery methods.
12.7 You agree that the above delivery methods are applicable to all stages of judicial process. In case of entering into litigation procedures, including but not limited to first instance, second instance, retrial, execution and supervision procedures, etc.
12.8 You should ensure that the contact information provided is accurate, effective and updated in real time. If the legal documents cannot be delivered or not delivered in time due to the inaccurate contact information provided or the failure to inform the changed contact information in time, you shall bear the legal consequences arising therefrom.
You agree to allow us to send, display advertising, promotion or publicity information (including commercial and non-commercial information) to you by ourselves or by a third party advertiser on the premise of complying with laws and regulations while accepting our services. If you are not interested in sending or recommending advertisements or information, you can control the system to show you or not show/reduce the display of relevant types of advertisements or information based on the relevant technical options provided by us.
13、 Termination of Agreement
13.1 You have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following ways:
(1) When you meet the conditions for account cancellation in Lichuang Mall, you cancel your account through the website customer service;
(2) You stop using the change before it takes effect and express your unwillingness to accept the change;
(3) You express your unwillingness to continue using the services of Lichuang Mall and meet the termination conditions of the Mall.
13.2 Lichuang Mall may notify you to terminate this Agreement in the manner specified in this Agreement in the following cases:
(1) You are in breach of this agreement and Lichuang Mall terminates this agreement in accordance with the terms of breach of contract;
(2) You embezzle others' accounts, release illegal information, cheat others' property, sell counterfeit goods, disrupt market order, take improper means to seek profits, etc., and Lichuang Mall seals up your account according to the rules of the mall;
(3) In addition to the above circumstances, because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of Lichuang Mall and the circumstances are serious, Lichuang Mall has closed your account according to the rules of the Mall;
(4) Other circumstances where the service should be terminated.
13.3 After the termination of this Agreement, except as expressly provided by law, Lichuang Mall has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or the third party designated by you.
13.4 After the termination of this agreement, Lichuang Mall still enjoys the following rights:
(1) Continue to save all kinds of information you keep in Lichuang Mall under the necessary business limits and legal and regulatory requirements;
(2) For your past breach of contract, Lichuang Mall can still hold you liable for breach of contract in accordance with this agreement.
After the termination of this Agreement, Li Chuang Mall can decide whether to close the transaction orders generated by you during the duration of this Agreement; If Lichuang Mall requires you to continue to perform, you should continue to perform this agreement and the agreement of the transaction order with respect to such transaction order, and bear any losses or increased costs arising therefrom.
14、 Applicable law and jurisdiction
14.1 The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, execution and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China; If there are no relevant provisions in laws, refer to business practices and/or industry practices.
14.2 Any dispute arising from your use of the services of Lichuang Mall and related to the services of Lichuang Mall shall be settled by Lichuang Mall through consultation with you. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit to the People's Court of Futian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province.
15、 Other terms
15.1 Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this agreement signed between you and Lichuang Mall cannot completely list and cover all the rights and obligations of you and Lichuang Mall, and the existing agreements cannot guarantee that they will fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, The Privacy Policy, announcement, publicity and other regular contents of Lichuang Mall are supplementary agreements to this agreement, which are inseparable from this agreement and have the same legal effect.
15.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, invalid or unenforceable, this provision shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
15.3 We have the right to modify this agreement (including formulating and issuing other policies, rules, announcements and statements in due course) when necessary in accordance with laws and regulations. The updated agreement terms will replace the original agreement and become effective after the expiration of the period specified by law. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page. After the modification of this agreement, if you continue to use the services of Lichuang Mall, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you have the right to stop using the mall.
