Function introduction
It is used for batch correction of payroll format. Its main functions are as follows:
1. Delete blank lines, blank columns and unnecessary feature columns;
2. Adaptive data lines, add total amount;
3. Hide zero value;
4. Adaptive cell column width;
5. Self adaptively print one page of A3 paper.
Instructions&Precautions
1. Support Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, etc. (the compact version is not available), and WPS Office needs to enable development tools;
2. Click first when using Batch Import Payroll Button. After importing, click Adjust Payroll Format Button;
3. If the error "Cannot set the.... Property of PageSetup class" occurs during running, you need to add a printer driver in the "Printer" option of the control panel. You can add a printer or a virtual printer;
4. In order to avoid secondary adjustment, please remove the payroll after format correction in time and save it separately. It will not be stored in the corrector;
5. The corrector will not modify the original data, but the salary data is more important, so the user still needs to proofread by himself.
