Step 1 Import pictures

Step 2 (key): Copy the picture and rename it
Change the layer name to: img copy 3、img copy 2、img copy、img , note that there are spaces.
Next key point: select 「img copy 3」 Layer (select it) is shown as follows:
Step 3: Run PS action
Open the action panel, select the "Animated Glitch GIF" option, and then click the play button (as shown below).
Step 4: Save as Gif image
Select File – Export – Save as Web Format in the menu, and then select GIF format in the pop-up box, as shown below
