2. In order to reduce the queuing at the exhibition site and the contact of people gathering, it will be pushed in the form of SMS after the appointment is successful;

3. The ticket fee is the service fee for booking tickets on behalf. The World Expo website provides services such as ticket issuing, exhibition extension or cancellation notice;


No ticket status:

1. Online ticket reservation service has not been opened yet;

2. Online ticket reservation service has been closed


1. After the ticket is booked successfully, please swipe your card with the original ID card of the exhibitor or go to the on-site service desk to get a paper entry card!

2. If the exhibition is postponed or cancelled, a unified SMS will be sent to remind the visitors, and the updated extension time will also be notified in a timely manner by SMS, please check! You can also receive reminders by following the World Expo website applet or public account!

3. The ticket is for the applicant's own use and cannot be lent to others. The electronic ticket can be replaced with a paper entry card at the service desk of the exhibition hall.

4. Please pay attention to the visit date and entry time of the electronic ticket when purchasing the ticket. The price of the ticket is service fee+VAT, and the ticket can not be refunded, changed or transferred after sale; Please keep it properly. There is no deposit place. Please keep your belongings by yourself to avoid losing valuables.

5. The exhibition is a B2B exhibition, open to professionals, and needs to pass the review after submitting the application. During the review process, the company has the right to request applicants to supplement relevant supporting materials.

6. If the information submitted does not meet the audit requirements or the invoice cannot be issued by the end of the audit time, the fees will be returned in 3 working days.
