Aluminium silicate pipe shell

The aluminum silicate tube shell is a thermal insulation tube shell made of aluminum silicate rubber cotton felt blank as raw material through mold processing, drying, curing, shaping and other processes. Due to its low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity and other characteristics, it is nonflammable and high temperature resistant. It is mainly used for thermal insulation systems of high-temperature thermal pipelines in power plants, chemicals, coking, ships, heat supply and so on.

Polycrystalline mullite

Polycrystalline mullite is a new type of lightweight material with the highest temperature resistance among aluminum silicate refractories at present. Its service temperature is up to 1400 ℃~1500 ℃, and the maximum temperature resistance is up to 1600 ℃. It is an important material for energy conservation of high-temperature kilns. Polycrystalline mullite is mainly made of high-purity refractory materials. According to the required specific gravity of the product, organic composite fillers are added, and the lightweight mullite products are formed by vacuum extrusion and high-temperature sintering.

Kaimen Fullers Class 0 rubber plastic plate

Kamen Fuller's Class 0 rubber and plastic board is more exquisite in foaming, with good moisture resistance and moisture resistance, and good flame retardancy. It is suitable for use in laboratories, food workshops, hospitals and other places with high requirements.

Forrest Class 0 rubber plastic pipe

FLS Class 0 rubber and plastic insulation pipe is a flexible closed foam insulation material foamed with rubber as the main raw material. It is gray, free of fiber dust, formaldehyde, chlorofluorocarbons and other ozone destroying working substances.

Forrest grade 0 rubber plastic plate

Fulex grade 0 rubber plastic board has better flame retardant performance, no dust, can keep the breathing environment clean, good moisture resistance and moisture isolation performance, and good thermal insulation performance, and is suitable for laboratories, food processing plants, hospitals and other places with higher requirements for sanitary environment and fire prevention.

Sewer pipe sound insulation cotton

The noise insulation cotton for sewer is high-density flame retardant rubber plastic sound absorption cotton, that is, rubber plastic plate composite aluminum foil. The rubber and plastic sound insulation cotton belongs to the closed cell foaming structure, and the independent foam structure can effectively reduce the noise. The surface is clad with aluminum foil. On the basis of protecting rubber and plastic, the strength of rubber and plastic plate is increased to isolate the sound of water flow. Sound insulation and shock absorber/low-frequency damping sound insulation material of sewer, namely, damping piece. It is made of modern machinery by one-time hot pressing, without glue. It can well reduce the vibration noise of pipe wall.
