ZEISS PRISMO, with a measurement accuracy of 0.9+L/350 μ m, is ZEISS's flagship CMM, which is synonymous with precision measurement. Computer aided accuracy (CAA) corrects all dynamic effects on the machine and optimizes accuracy even during high-speed scanning. ZEISS PRISMO is equipped with ZEISS VAST performance kit as standard, ZEISS Multi Application Sensor System (ZEISS Volkswagen Technology) and the new ZEISS C99m controller, which can provide the highest productivity and excellent performance.

ZEISS PRISMO authenticity provides results with an accuracy of 0.7+L/400 μ m by using the ZERODUR scale and advanced CAA correction. Since it meets the requirements of VDI/DE 2627 for Class 3 measuring rooms, all necessary measurements can be carried out in air-conditioned rooms set at 19-22 ℃. ZEISS PRISMO authenticity improves the shape measurement value and is the best machine in its kind.

Thanks to optimized air bearing integration, floating ZERODUR scale and thermal bending correction, ZEISS PRISMO fortis guarantees the highest accuracy at temperatures up to 40 ° C. Therefore, ZEISS PRISMO fortis can be deployed in the production area without any additional investment in the temperature control measurement enclosure. It is also compatible with the ZEISS VAST turntable (ZVR) option, allowing faster turntable movement, which reduces measurement time.

The length measurement accuracy of ZEISS PRISMO ultra is 0.5+L/500 μ m, which further improves the accuracy of ZEISS PRISMO. ZEISS CMM acceleration mode for aerospace applications

The quality inspection of engine components such as blades and bladed discs is of vital importance. However, it is also expensive and time-consuming, accounting for 20% of the total production cost and 25% of the total production time. Any method to accelerate the measurement process without affecting the accuracy can save a lot of costs for the entire industry, which is ZEISS Aerospace Applications CMM Acceleration Mode Where they can be used.

ZEISSMO 7/12/7 fortis can be used for aerospace applications in ZEISS CMM acceleration mode, including an option symmetrical to ZEISS VAST turntable axis (ZVRA) and ZEISS VAST turntable (ZVR), as well as a special application support package (if required). ZVRA improves the accuracy by quickly defining the axis of the turntable, and ZVR can promote the faster movement of the turntable, thus accelerating the measurement speed.

ZEISS TS New tailstock of ZEISS PRISMO series

Zeiss tailstock can clamp axial measuring objects between centers. For example, gear shafts, worm shafts, crankshafts, camshafts and rotors can be clamped without distortion and measured in the best way. Due to this ideal accessibility, a complete measurement can be achieved at a single clamping position. ZEISS TS demonstrates its advantages through an interchangeable interface, which can quickly set the tailstock in the measurement volume when needed. Therefore, combined with the high-precision air bearing turntable ZEISS RT-AB-600, the universal CMM can be quickly and flexibly expanded into a special axis measuring machine. ZEISS TS is available in TS-7 and TS-10 Z sizes, which perfectly fits all members of ZEISS PRISMO series.
