Bridge CMM capable of wide range measurement

The MMZ T product line with a measuring range of 14.8 m3 is ZEISS's bridge CMM with platform. It is suitable for high-precision measurement of large gears directly in the workshop. The open design allows easy handling of parts using a crane. The crane interlock to prevent collision is also standard.

The open design allows easy handling of parts using a crane. The machine is designed to measure workpieces weighing up to 10 tons.

Safety of operator and machine

  • Knot protection on the spindle protects the sensor/operator
  • Optical spindle protection can prevent shutdown after collision
  • The safe position of the bridge can ensure that the workpiece can be loaded safely on the CMM

Improved measurement performance

  • REACH CFX 3 MMZ probe extension rod for measuring very deep drilling holes (1200mm)
  • The turntable mounted on the base can use the measuring range in the best way
  • The temperature compensation gradient of the shaft can selectively collect the temperature difference
