MICURA uses ZEISS VAST XT gold scanning probe and navigator technology to achieve micron level measurement accuracy in active scanning. It is particularly suitable for measuring small workpieces with complex structures used in optical and electronic products. Despite its compact design, the system has a measurement capability of 500 x 500 x 500 mm - far superior to similar products.

Accurate high-speed scanning

The ZEISS VAST XT gold probe has a high-speed scanning function. In addition to measuring geometric characteristics in a very short time, it can also accurately measure and evaluate the characteristics of shape errors such as roundness, flatness, etc. The minimum probe diameter is only 0.3 mm.

Automatic speed measurement

ZEISS MICURA uses VAST navigator technology. This technology can automatically adjust the ideal measurement speed on the premise of ensuring the measurement accuracy, thus significantly reducing the measurement time. ZEISS MICURA's moving speed slows down in areas where measurement accuracy is required. When the contour is simple or the precision requirement is low, the moving speed is faster.

VAST navigator technology also further shortens the measurement time through tangent approximation scanning, spiral scanning, rapid dynamic calibration of measuring probe and other functions.

ZEISS turntable is more flexible

The flexible Zeiss RT-RB 100-1 turntable can be installed in the measuring area as an additional model as required, and then easily moved out of the measuring area again. This option allows four axis measurement on one machine.
