It's not just a robot It's a Hambot

Hambot is a new generation of cantilever machine in surveying, which combines the high performance of robot with the traditional cantilever machine.

ZEISS CALENO combines the precision of CMMs, the collaboration system and an excellent multi probe system with an automatic mold replacement device. Versatility and extremely high performance ensure higher running speed, acceleration and accuracy near the measuring room and production line.

The EagleEye optical system in ZEISS CALENO series can shorten the measurement time by 85% without affecting the quality or accuracy.

*Datum based on feature measurement. On the ZEISS PRO double arm equipped with the EagleEye system, 450 feature measurements can be made on the whole.

Safety concept

The operator and the measuring system are protected by a multi-layer security system. Friction drives will limit power. In case of collision, the overcurrent protection of all shafts and the switch rail of Y-arm will stop the system immediately.






 

Full cover

Each machine is equipped with a newly designed full cover to ensure the temperature and moisture insulation protection of the machine.

Embedded floor installation

In the flush floor version, ZEISS CALNEO has the best accessibility and can be driven by floor conveyors such as ZEISS eMOBEE. For all work on the measurement system, the floor mounted version provides the best ergonomics and productivity – ideal for mass measurements and tight time windows. Proper foundation is required for installation.

ZEISS CALENO T Desktop Design

ZEISS CALENO T desktop design usually does not need to work on the foundation, and is cheaper than the floor version - with the same excellent accuracy and performance. In the desktop design, the measuring table and the measuring column form an inherent rigid unit. This makes the measurement system less sensitive to the installation site. Therefore, ZEISS CALENEO T is very suitable for subsequent installation and near the production line. With the optional air damping system, the system can also be separated from the foundation in the best way.

Floor mounted

In order to meet special requirements, ZEISS CALENO floor mounted design can also be installed on the floor.

Sensor technology upgrade

The design of the new ZEISS CALENO T makes its improved Z column compatible with the ZEISS PRO T measuring plate.

By changing the chromatographic column, ZEISS PRO T can be converted to ZEISS CALENO T using ZEISS's latest sensor technology.

This provides you with the most accurate and efficient ZEISS horizontal arm measurement system ever. The reason is that CALENO T's new Z-pillar provides higher rigidity, first-class temperature isolation standard and minimal maintenance.

They are the future oriented foundation for further development of rotary joint and sensor technology.

New stepless measuring seat DSC

DSC with high dynamic performance and high precision can be competent for various measurement tasks. It can be equipped with optical and contact probes, support an extension rod up to 800 mm, and has high rotation speed. The passive probe automatic replacement rack does not need air source and power supply.
