application
Add on module for CT reconstruction
-
CT reconstruction module , using 3D volume data set is reconstructed from images taken by CT scanner.
Add ons for Geometric Analysis
-
Coordinate measurement module The measurement can be performed even on the surface that is most difficult to reach on the component. -
CAD import module , used to import original CAD files, such as CATIA V5 and Creo/Pro/ENGINEER. -
CAD import (including PMI) module , can import product manufacturing information (PMI) separately. -
Design part/object comparison module , use CAD, mesh or other voxel data to compare the manufactured parts. -
Wall thickness analysis module Find out the areas with insufficient or excessive wall thickness or gap width. -
Manufacturing geometry correction module It is an ideal tool for correcting injection mold, casting mold and 3D printing geometry.
Add ons for material analysis
-
Pore/inclusion analysis module NDT for castings, including prediction of hole cuts. -
Expanded pore/inclusion analysis module , defect analysis was performed according to P 202 and P 201 standards. -
Fiber composite analysis module And calculate the fiber direction and other relevant parameters of the composite. -
Bubble/powder structure analysis module And determine the bubble structure in porous foam and filter material.
Additional modules for simulation
-
Volume grid calculation module , which is used to convert CT data to grid, and then used in simulation. -
Structural mechanics simulation module , directly simulate mechanical stress on CT data -
Transmission phenomenon simulation module The flow and diffusion of liquid, electric current or heat flow can be simulated on porous materials or composites.
