CAD/CAM Advantages

NX's latest CAD technology enables NC programmers to quickly prepare part models, including those of third-party manufacturers.
As long as synchronous modeling technology is used, you can directly edit the part model and prepare the part for NC programming, including functions such as closing holes and gaps, correcting solid faces, and adjusting the size of part features.

Through NX's built-in 2.5 axis milling software module, you can quickly complete the programming of prismatic parts. With advanced programming functions, you can easily create intelligent tool paths without entering many data.

FBM programming automation

You can use the feature based machining (FBM) function built in NX to directly create the optimal machining program from the part design model.

Tool path cutting simulation

The NX CAM built-in integrated simulation and verification function allows you to check the tool path in the NC programming session.
You can create a tool path while visualizing the tool path and material removal status through the tool path verification function.

Post processing

NX post processor is closely connected with CAM core system. The integrated post-processing constructor provided by NX can easily generate the required NC code for most types of tool machines and controllers.

Process sheet

Provide the process data to be queried in the process of processing technology design, including the formulation of machining process flow, materials and heat treatment, materials and allowance, etc.
