With this VMR software, users can program the entire measurement unit with only one key. This ensures strong functionality and reduces complexity. Automatic scanning

The working area of the virtual measurement room (VMR) includes the automatic teaching scanning function, which shortens the teaching scanning time and eliminates the need for special skills such as programming robots.

The software automatically generates the correct position of the measuring head for each feature to be measured. Through the unique path optimization function of ATOS ScanBox, the software calculates the middle positions in the running line to avoid collisions. At the same time, the position sequence is adjusted to optimize the running time and the movement of the manipulator.

Kiosk self service interface

The kiosk self service interface marks that the degree of automatic process control has been further improved. This man-machine dialogue interface simplifies the interaction between ATOS detection units and automatically processes the whole measurement and detection process. High accuracy and data quality are ensured by reducing manual intervention.
