High measuring point density

Up to 500 million measuring points can ensure fine and detailed measurement, with tolerance within μ m and sub - μ m, and large working distance. The high density of measuring points with focus variation enables the operator to achieve consistent high horizontal and vertical resolution on a high measuring volume.
