Triple scanning principle

With a 3 in 1 lens sensor, the left and right cameras can shoot images at the same time, and the object can have three different viewing angles at a time, which can reduce the number of single scans. By reducing the number of single scans (even on complex components), faster measurement speed can be achieved, and by avoiding "hot spots", the scanning effect on shiny surfaces can be improved.

Self monitoring system

ATOS Q can combine all inspections in the measurement process, whether it is the clear conversion of a single measurement or the object position can still be tracked when the probe moves. ATOS Q can automatically detect ambient light, avoid measurement errors, and conduct online correction monitoring to ensure measurement accuracy at any time. Provide reliability throughout the measurement process to ensure the quality of each measurement.

The compact ATOS Q sensor is widely used. It can complete complex measurement and detection tasks on ZEISS ScanCobot and ATOS ScanBox 4105 through manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic operations.

Manual measurement

The weight of ATOS Q probe is only 4kg, plus the compact design and carbon fiber tripod, it is convenient to carry to any place for scanning.

Semi automatic measurement

Install a carbon fiber tripod or desk stand, and cooperate with GOM ROT 350 automatic turntable (or other automatic turntable sets) to achieve semi-automatic operation
