ATOS Professional is an application software solution to ensure process safety, which is used to control 3D scanners and obtain high-precision 3D surface data. This powerful application software works closely with ATOS 3D scanner to obtain 3D data directly after grating fringe projection measurement. Based on the combination of reference points and surface matching, the workflow is highly safe and reliable, and the single scan is automatically combined into a map. As an application software of technical knowledge base class, ATOS Professional effectively supports all scanning processes and provides help for the creation and setting of new measurement tasks through guided project creation.

GOM Professional characteristic

Golden Mesh

In GOM software, the golden grid can be determined in two ways: the best grid or the average grid. After the golden grid is determined, it can be output to STL format, used as CAD data for reverse engineering, or used as a reference for subsequent component inspection.

Local coordinate system

Local coordinate system can be used in the software to complete local evaluation or drawing based evaluation. It is fast and convenient to calibrate the size in one coordinate system, and to combine the standard GD&T position analysis and local coordinate analysis in the same reference system, and also to achieve complex alignment strategies. For 6DoF (6 degrees of freedom) analysis, the local coordinate system is the basis of this analysis technology.

The timeline is integrated into the graphical operation interface to provide help and support for multi-stage project management such as statistical process control (SPC) and deformation analysis. Instant playback

With the most advanced real-time playback function, you can record the movement of all axes in the mobile parts group at the first time without programming. When users need to measure the same or similar multiple components, they can simply play back these measurement positions.

Rapid detection: real-time evaluation

ATOS Professional has a fast detection function, which can directly evaluate the 3D profile deviation and detection elements in real time after each scan. During the measurement process, the software will export the detection information from all the pre entered or manually created measurement plans and CAD, and display the information.

Dynamic reference

With ATOS dynamic reference technology, the measured object and measuring head can easily move or position freely. The measuring head and the measured object do not need to be fixed together, which is convenient for flexible measurement planning.
Both the measuring head and the measuring area can be displayed online, which is convenient to use the ATOS scanner wizard.

Optical tracking contact probe

GOM contact probe is an accessory installed on ATOS 3D scanner, which organically combines full field detection and 3D contact probe measurement. The hand-held GOM contact probe can quickly and effectively complete the tasks of measuring difficult areas, directly comparing with CAD data, detecting primitives, single point rapid measurement and online alignment. (Only applicable to real-time module)

Through the application of real-time module, the functionality of ATOS 3D scanner is expanded. It can not only scan the whole field, but also track objects in real time, position components online and implement probe measurement. This tracking measurement is based on the principle of stereo camera and organically combined with GOM reference point system. Realize spatial tracking of single point and entire part geometry. This allows real-time measurement and tracking of component alignment or deviation from nominal position.

Virtual Measurement Room (VMR)
