New InfiniteFocus G6

We combine the mature and new functions together to launch a new system integrating coordinate measurement and roughness measurement functions.

5-axis metrology

By extending the system from 3-axis to 5-axis, it is possible to measure geometry that was previously difficult or inaccessible. The high-precision tilt/rotation axis can measure the geometric dimensions, tolerances and roughness parameters of the entire sample.

MetMaX user software

With Real3D, you can measure surfaces from multiple angles. Individual measurements are automatically merged into a complete 3D dataset. High precision and calibrated rotation and tilt axes ensure automatic, repeatable and traceable measurement of the entire measurement object.

SmartFlash and Real3D

Integrated SmartFlash technology ensures high-resolution measurement of smooth, reflective and highly polished surfaces. Real3D converts a single measurement result into a complete 360 ° data set.

Vertical focus measurement technology

The latest technology enables optical and horizontal detection of parts. The user can measure small holes and vertical sides (>90 °).

Smooth surface

Thanks to the advanced infinite zoom technology, users can measure parts with steep sides, different reflection characteristics and structural roughness. Integrated SmartFlash technology ensures high-resolution measurement of smooth, reflective and highly polished surfaces.

Osteosynthesis screw

Through the use of Real3D technology, the user has realized the full shape measurement (360 °) of a part. A direct comparison with the corresponding CAD dataset is shown here. In addition, the roughness of the sample can also be measured.
