I believe it is important to empower others to consciously narrate their lives. I value helping people through empowerment, nurturance, and education. I am innovative provider and enjoy creativity in the therapy room. I utilize a strengths based approach in therapy, and see the therapy as a collaborative process. I am passionate for helping individuals find confidence and courage, and I admire their resilience.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in autism spectrum disorders, sexual trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety and depression. I have also been a school social worker in both general and special education settings. I am pursuing animal-assisted therapy dog training to incorporate my golden retriever Sienna into therapy.
