According to the introduction, With the widespread availability of Azure OpenAI services, more enterprises can apply for access to AI models including GPT-3.5, Codex and DALL ・ E 2. Users will also be able to access ChatGPT, the fine-tuning version of GPT-3.5, through Azure OpenAI service soon. It has been trained and runs reasoning on Azure AI infrastructure.

Microsoft pointed out that Power BI has been using GPT-3 to generate formulas and expressions; It also uses DALL • E 2 to support images generated by its Microsoft Designer AI. Microsoft has run these services and the Copilot of GitHub on Azure OpenAI service. At present, Microsoft has created GPT-3, DALL • E 2 and Codex layers with different functions, called Davinci, Curie, Babbage and Ada respectively.
