Membership

  • NPHOTO personal space is designed for members over 14 years old.
  • As a member, you agree to abide by this code of conduct and are responsible for all activities you carry out and the content you send.

Prohibited

Violation of NPHOTO Code of Conduct may result in termination of your access to NPHOTO services or deletion of your content without notice.

You may not upload, send, transmit, distribute, distribute or help distribute any of the following content, including text, images, sounds, data, information or software:

  • Incitement, promotion or expression of pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, irreverence, hatred, prejudice, racial discrimination or gratuitous violence.
  • Publish any false report, including impersonating other individuals or entities.
  • Provide or create links to websites that violate this Code of Conduct.
  • Attempt to harm or oppress minors in any form.
  • Designed to request or collect personal identification information of any minor (person under 18 years of age), including but not limited to: name, email address, home address, telephone number or the name of his school.
  • Infringe anyone's privacy by using, collecting, storing or publishing private or personally identifiable information, such as passwords, account information, ID card numbers, addresses or other contact information, without prior notice and consent.
  • Illegal or in violation of any local and international laws applicable to your region; Including but not limited to child pornography, drugs, copyrighted materials and intellectual property rights that do not belong to you.
  • Attempt to threaten, track, slander, cheat, degrade, harm or intimidate a person or a group of people of a certain age, gender, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race or religion, or incite or encourage others to do so.
  • Attempt to damage or destroy other users' computers, or attempt to make other users illegally access software or bypass the security protection of websites or servers, including but not limited to spam.
  • Any employee, agent, administrator, host, other user or any other person who attempts to impersonate NPHOTO in any form.


Termination and Cancellation

NPHOTO reserves the right to arbitrarily check and delete services and content created by users without notice, and delete records or prohibit those participants who are deemed unsuitable according to its own judgment.



Rights and responsibilities

We encourage members not to share information that other people can use to harm you. Parents should remind and help their children to practice controlling sending content and online behavior to protect their online safety.

NPHOTO is not responsible for the content and behavior in any user created personal space. You can decide to check and use all the content. We suggest you make a decision with your own judgment.

NPHOTO reserves the right to modify or change the code of conduct at any time without notice. We encourage you to check this standard regularly to ensure your compliance with the code of conduct.
