My experience with Brick and Bolt is horrible. They can't manage either timelines or quality. They onboard contractors without proper procedure and customers have to suffer. You can't escape their trap as they take money in advance. I paid the advance in April 2023 and my construction didn't start till August. Their project manager is in cahoots w ith the contractor and they want to use low-priced materials and charge hefty amounts if some extra work is needed.

No one shows up on the site for 10 days straight and their Quality check is a joke. They have no planning for the construction.

After lots of search, we finally decided to construct our new home with Bricknbolt, and I was impressed with their contractor and team, who had explained me entire project process along with the approx. Glad to see the way these guys are Transparent and Honest about the whole process.

We contact Bricknbolt for home construction in noida and they started home construction in Feb 2023. The CRN number CRN14242. Bricknbolt assured us that the project would be completed in 8-12 months and they committed to their words. They finished the project at the correct time with a very good quality. I like that they behave very professionally . We felt it was worth choosing bricknbolt for home construction.

My project with C N151421 and Brick & Bolt started like a rough. There were delays and many team changes, and honestly, I was felt frustrated and sorry about my decision.But main thing I want to tell you about brick&bolt was when PM Vidhya came in as the project manager. She was really dedicated and good at keeping things clear. She fixed the issues and brought some order to the project. I was happy that Brick & Bolt listened to me and helped fast to make things ri ght.. Brick & Bolt's commitment to fixing things has made a big difference.Now, what I went through might not be everyone's story, but it shows that problems can be worked out with the right team and approach. So, if you're thinking about Brick & Bolt, remember that the bumps at the start can lead to a better outcome with the right project manager.

My first meeting with Brick & Bolt didn't go well. I was frustrated when they asked for my property's sale deed. It didn't make any sense to me. But things got better. We had a talk about my doubts, and Brick & Bolt listened. Actually mix up happens. They fixed the mix-up , but what really matters is if the company is ready to make things right. I want to talk about my time with bricknbolt, and this was my CRN number CRN15142. At first, it seemed like nobody was hearing us, even after we told them our problems many times, and we talked to the big boss people too. The person in charge of the building site changed three times, and it made things very confusing because each new person didn't know much about our project. The work they were doing was very different from what they said they would do, and nobody was fixing it. But I'm happy to say that things got better. When Site Engineer Liketh started working on our project, everything improved a lot. The biggest problem we had was the people in charge of the site changing all the time, and that caused misunderstandings, and we had to say the same things again and again. But when Site Engineer Liketh took over, things got a lot better. He knew what he was doing, and he really wanted to understand our project and fix the problems we had.

When we first went to Brick & Bolt for our house construction 2 and a half years back me and my wife were little doubtful about how they would construct our house. We thought they'd be slow, bad at talking, and let us down. But now it is important to tell you how we feel. Brick & Bolt changed and did way better than we thought. They did really good work. They paid a lot of attention to the details and did things really well. Honestly, I’m really very happy with the services provided by the company. The big thing is they really cared about us being happy. If we had any problems during construction, they fixed them and wanted us to be happy with the house. At first, dealing with Brick & Bolt was so sad for me, and I felt like they didn't care about people like us with smaller budgets and plots. Their team is pros, and they pay real good attention to the small stuff, which I liked a lot. The whole team is there, and they help you out. Brick&Bolt constructed my house at a very reasonable price and without compromising on quality. I was initially very doubtful. I had a contractor who messed up a project in my layout and did not want to give it to anyone in that area. My area has a lot of labour issues. The contactor Subramanium they assigned to me, was very diligent. The site engineer Ullas was always prompt with his responses. There were some labour issues which he involved and got it sorted out. Overall they give you peace of mind.
