The infrastructure of this housing project is of very poor quality. The building that I am staying in is not maintained properly. It has a lot of major issues with its paint, electrical wiring and other small details. Nahar Group only advertises to be one of the best but is just the opposite of that. The management is just out to make money and they do not really care about their residents and their problems.
Not genuine and you will only face disappointment.

My house has had major plumbing problems due to which the walls are soaked with the water. I have raised so many complaints to the management but they have just been ignoring my concerns. I regret the decision of buying a house under Nahar Group as they are not true to their commitment. Please avoid dealing with this real estate company as they ar e not genuine and you will only face disappointment.
Upset with Nahar Group for their empty promises!

If you are looking for a good housing project with a nice home for you and your family, Nahar Group is not the right place. I had purchased a house for my parents in this housing complex and to my notice, this building has so many issues. Since my parents are old, I wanted them to have a nice place to live where they will have all the comfort and facilities. Most of the time, the lift does not work and maintenance staff are not fixing it! Along with my parents, I am very disappointed with Nahar Group for their empty promises.

The management and the staff do not even bother

Nahar Group is running a scam in terms of selling spacious and luxurious homes. I have been living in this housing complex for the past few months and things here have started to become worse. The building is not kept clean and the maintenance staff do not even bother to do anything about it! The management and the staff working at this housing co mplex clearly do not get along well and the residents have to face issues because of them.
Please do not believe a word said by Nahar Group

At first, I was under the assumption that Nahar Group is a really nice and well-organized real estate company. I recently moved into my house under this housing project and the only thing I was greeted with was disappointment. This housing complex has the worst amenities and I was promised that there would be decent amenities for the residents here. Please do not believe a word said by Nahar Group as they do not stay true to their word.

Nahar Group is by far one of the worst real estate companies I have had to deal with. Their team is very unprofessional and will never give out proper information related to their housing projects. I have had a very bad experience in terms of booking my house. The management at Nahar Group are not customer-centric at all, which really reflects as a disappointing experience in the first meeting. I will definitely not recommend this real estate company to anyone!

I was looking for a real estate agent in the area and found this website. This site was easy to use and the agent was very responsive. I couldn't find a real estate agent in the area and needed to hire someone quickly. I found someone in just a few minutes and it was affordable. This is a great way to find a real estate agent and I highly recommen d it.

Poor product implementation

I have a flat in this property. I have got the flat almost 4 months ago. Everything is good. The environment is soothing and warm. But the product installation in my flat was very poor. The pipes used in to cover the wire connection is very bad. In the washroom the shower, toilet quality is very bad and of poor quality. I have to reinstalled and replace many item from the room where were pre-installed.

I have told the customer service about all the problem but they are like we will fix soon. I have contacted them many times but got the same answer.

The staffs and the security guards are very good. They are polite as well as respectfull.

As I have mention earlier the product implementation is very bad, due to which I have given 1 star.

I hv been living at Nahar's Amrit Shakti for the past 1 yr nw & my experience has been nothing less than amazing! My younger brother goes to Nahar International School which is in the premises which makes it very convenient for him and us. My family and I spend our evenings at podium garden & it's always serene. I frequently travel within India an d the airport is just a few kms away from here, which makes it extremely comfortable for me. I couldn't hv asked for a better community than Nahar's Amrit Shakti.

They have used such low quality materials! In five/ six years, we will have to spend a huge amount on wear and tear as well as replacements of pipes and fittings!

There is no progress on the project till now and I have to continously follow up for refund! I should have not taken such a huge decision so fast! I urge other people to not make the same mistake like me!

Metros lack basic connectivity in terms of catering basic travel places and acting as a bridge between locations famous for shopping centres, travel places, providing basic sources of entertainment like movies, malls and food outlets. Hence the lack of feasibility.

This place has problems like water seepage and leakages. You will not feel like you are living in your own house because there are so many restrictions that the builders place on you. You even have to take permission from the builders to make new furniture in your house by showing them the designs! I mean what!

Street food is very rarely available in the nearby vicinity area. The street food outlet needs to cater to more number of timely services. People have to travel long distances to cater to the same. Street food should become more available.

The social infrastructure is very strong. The Physical infrastructure such as connecting roads are very expensive. This further adds on to commute and transport facility which is not a great deal. Hence people don’t prefer to buy property in this area.
