Not oy did the sales team explain every single detail with utmost clarity, but also had answers to all my questions. And the property, my my! State of the art amenities and cutting edge style. Recently, I bought my dream home at Assetz Marq. This is indeed one of the best decisions of my life. Great ambience and excellent infrastructure. Visited Marq in Whitefield. Good decent township with some out of the box amenities. However I feel, the carpet area could have been much bigger considering the price of the property.

They have a huge park inside the township and ample of green spaces that I feel is the main highlight of the project.

I recently visited Marq - on the launch of their Phase 2. The sample houses were absolutely stunning. I reallh liked all the elements and objects they have used to decorate it. The township has some 25+ amenities and the best thing that I liked was they have an in-campus school itself. Though the possession date of the property is quite far I feel, but I think its worth the buck if you invest here.

I recently visited Assetz Marq - on their launch of Phase 2 in Whitefiled. I really liked the sample houses and all the amenities they are providing in this township. A bit on the pricey side - but I feel a flat at Marq would be worth the investment. Looking forward to views from fellow buyers as well.

I visited the Marq site with one of my friend who was hunting for properties around Whitefield area recently. Project seems to be very good interms of location and the price is also attractive. The concept & design is good too with lots of amenities offered.

Well constructed office space and helpful people around. Totally it's a good project for investment. Great job Assetz.

Wish they had 0 rating as well. Cheap and unprofessional behaviour by deputy manager Shibhu gowda.not fit for the role. I went to see the property of the Whitefield. Bad office structure. The song called deputy manager did not walk to walk for 5 mins and show the property Yb to a female client notes a potential client rather he sent a labour with her. The labour did not know which block what section and all and I was all alone with him at the secluded place. See the courtesy of the Deputy Manager Shibhu Gowda I call him as a man who has no what to say God knows. Some passer by saw I guess supervisor n he took me to other block and showed the house. I suggest my fellow Ppl not to but there property they are shitty n no safety.

I really brought an apartment at Assetz Here & Now, purely from an investment perspective, but during the course of me finding a right property, I ended up seeing a couple of projects by Assetz, and no second thoughts, I absolutely love their work for a lot of reasons, here are a few quick points:



  • All their properties were amazingly designed, like every minute aspect of the property was just beautiful



  • Their projects are not very cramped, felt like there was quite a lot of space around that also means good amenities



  • They look next level classy



  • They are so reasonable when compared to other brands but yet have much better quality



  • The first thing that caught my attention was their sales office, they are so damn beautiful! I just thought if sales office can be so thought-through then my investment is definitely in the right hands





I am so happy and eagerly waiting for the property to be ready! Thank you Assetz:)

One of the best real estate developers in Bangalore. Lots of interesting projects, especially earth and essence. Most of their projects have a great open/green space which is why I choose them.

Once I visited one of my friends new apartments in Yeshwanthpur which is Assetz Lumos, it really has good features and amenities. The apartment is well lit with ventilation. Assetz group really delivered it nicely and on time. My friend and his family fully satisfied with their new apartments.
