You are welcome to sign this User Service Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as "the Agreement") with Shanghai Tannai Network Design Center (hereinafter also referred to as "the font planet" or "us"), the operator of the font planet platform, and use the font planet platform services/products!

[Read carefully] Before you use the font planet platform or agree to this agreement, you must carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, especially the exemption or limitation of liability terms, law application and dispute resolution terms and other terms that may have a significant impact on your rights. We will underline the important terms related to your rights and interests in bold, please read them carefully. If you have any questions about the agreement, you can consult the customer service of the font library planet platform. If you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process and stop using it Font planet Platform.

I Font planet Confirmation and acceptance of platform user service terms

（1） Signatory

1. This agreement is concluded by you and Ziku Planet (hereinafter referred to as "both parties").
2. Only if you follow the Font planet You are required to submit the power of attorney issued to you by an enterprise legal person or other legally existing organization, and Font planet After verification and confirmation of legality and validity, your acceptance and performance of this agreement will be deemed as an act of duty, and this agreement will be signed with Font planet The agreement between the two parties takes effect.
3. When you start the registration process or actually use the font planet platform, it means that you confirm that you have the right and capacity to enjoy the font planet platform services and perform the obligations under this agreement, and can independently bear legal liabilities. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read this agreement with your parents or guardians, and only use it with the explicit consent of your parents or guardians Font planet Platform.

（2） Signing action

1. When you agree to this agreement and complete the registration according to the registration steps, including using your mobile phone number to register, email registration, first use of WeChat/QQ login, etc., it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and this agreement will become effective immediately Font planet It is legally binding on you.
2. You can become a registered user of the font planet platform (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") only after you accept this agreement and complete the registration procedure. If you only need to use basic services such as browsing and searching on the website of the font planet platform, you do not need to register as our user.

（3） Content and effect of the agreement

1. You confirm that the terms of this agreement are a contract dealing with the rights and obligations of both parties and are always valid. If there are other mandatory provisions or special agreements between both parties, they shall prevail.
2. Supplementary Agreement. Due to the rapid development of the Internet, you and Font planet The terms listed in the signed agreement cannot completely list and cover you and Font planet All rights and obligations and existing agreements cannot guarantee that they will fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, Font planet Existing or future legal statements Privacy Policy And other rules are supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are indivisible and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. If you use Font planet Platform, it is deemed that you agree to abide by the above supplementary agreement.

2、 Account and management

（1） Account opening

1. Account opening. After you complete all the registration procedures and become a user of the font planet platform, you can obtain the right to use the font planet platform account.
2. The information is true. When you register an account, you should ensure the authenticity, accuracy and validity of the mobile phone number, QQ/WeChat, email and other information filled in, and the relevant information should be your own.
3. Agent activation. If you entrust a third party to open your account on your behalf, you should be responsible for the agent's behavior. If you are the entrusted agent, you should ensure that your agent registration and data upload behavior has been legally authorized by the agent, otherwise you should bear the adverse consequences arising therefrom.

（2） Account management and transfer

1. Information updates. You have the right to set/update the user name and other information of your account according to the use needs, and bind your mobile phone number/QQ number/email/WeChat account, but you should ensure that the above information is owned by you and remains valid.
2. Account consolidation. If you have registered different accounts (different member information and font data) through different registration channels (WeChat/QQ code scanning registration and mobile phone number registration), Some of your data may be lost when merging the above accounts into one account For specific operation mode and relevant information, please refer to the prompt on the font library planet platform page.
3. Account authorization. The account you are authorized to use by the font planet is only for your own use. Without the consent of Ziku Planet, it is invalid for you to directly or indirectly authorize a third party to use your account or obtain information and rights under your account. If the use of the font planet judgment account may endanger your account security and/or the information security and legitimate rights and interests of the font planet platform, font planet may refuse to provide you with all or part of the services or terminate this agreement.
4. Account transfer. You can transfer your account according to the process required by Ziku Planet only if there are legal provisions, judicial decisions or written consent of Ziku Planet. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will also be transferred. In addition, your account shall not be transferred in any way, otherwise, Ziku Planet has the right to stop the service and investigate your liability for breach of contract, and the responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

（3） Account security

1. Account security custody obligation. Your account password is set by you and kept by you. The word bank planet will not ask you to provide your account password at any time. Therefore, please be sure to keep your account and ensure that you log out at the end of each online session and leave the font planet platform with the correct steps.
2. Ziku Planet will not be responsible for the losses and consequences caused by the leakage of your account due to other people's attacks, fraud and other acts. You should recover from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels.
3. The account is responsible for its own behavior. You shall be responsible for the results of all actions under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, uploading data, purchasing products/services and disclosing information) or any losses and damages caused thereby.
4. If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the font planet platform or other circumstances that may lead to theft or loss of your account, we recommend that you immediately notify font planet. You understand Font planet It will take a reasonable amount of time to take action on any of your requests, and Font planet The actions taken at your request may not avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of the infringement, so in addition to legal liability, Font planet No liability.

III Font planet Services provided by the platform

The font library planet platform is an Internet platform that provides font information exchange services for users. Users can upload, share font related pictures, opinions, articles, obtain legitimate font authorization or purchase channels on the platform. The specific service contents are as follows:

（1） Browse and Collection

1. In the process of browsing the font library planet platform, we provide you with font classification, retrieval, filtering and collection functions. You can browse fonts, font cases, articles and other display contents in the platform for free, and collect fonts and font cases you are interested in after landing on the font library planet platform.

（2） Publishing content

1. Publish font case

You can publish font cases on the font library planet platform after logging in the account. We will match the font cases you uploaded with the applied fonts or similar fonts on the font library planet platform. You can also match the fonts for font cases yourself. We will review the font case you published, and after the review is passed, the relevant content will be displayed on the platform.

1. Publish article

You can post original or reproduced articles in the font planet platform according to the prompt steps after logging in the account. We will review your published articles, and after the review, relevant content will be displayed on the platform.

1. Post comments

You can comment on the articles published in the font planet platform after logging in to your account.

（3） Upload font

1. You can upload local fonts to your personal cloud font library for easy use. Please note that the font library planet platform only provides management functions for your uploaded fonts, and you should confirm that you have the copyright or legal authorization of the uploaded fonts. At the same time, the font library planet platform does not provide the reverse export function of uploaded fonts, so please save the original file of uploaded fonts by yourself.

（4） Purchase and use fonts

1. Commercial and non-commercial. Non commercial use under this Agreement refers to the use of fonts in accordance with Article 24 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China. All other uses are commercial use.
2. Free commercial fonts. The fonts with "free for commercial use" tags in the font library planet platform are currently free for commercial use fonts collected by font library planet. You can use the relevant fonts after logging in to your account. Please note that the charging of free commercial fonts is determined by the font copyright owner. The font library planet does not guarantee the permanent free commercial use of certain fonts. If you want to verify the charging of relevant fonts, you can contact the font copyright owner by yourself.
3. Member commercial font. The font with the label of "Member Commercial" in the font library planet platform is the font that can be commercially used after purchasing the font library planet members. We provide you with different purchase plans such as personal members, team members and enterprise members. You can choose to purchase according to your own situation after binding your mobile number according to the platform guidance. Font planet The purchase will take effect immediately after the member completes the purchase, and no refund is supported. During the member's validity period, we grant you a non exclusive, non transferable, non lent, non gift, and non sublicensed, term limited general license for the member's commercial font《 Font planet Member Authorization Certificate and relevant content published by the platform shall prevail. 4. Individually licensed fonts. If you want to commercialize fonts with the label of "separately authorized" in the font library planet platform, you need to pay separately. Such fonts are not included in the membership service. You can click the button of "obtaining authorization" and leave your contact information. At that time, the copyright owner staff will contact you, You can also contact the copyright owner through the contact information reserved by the copyright owner in the platform (the contact information is provided by the copyright owner, and the font planet does not guarantee its validity and authenticity). Your transaction activities with the copyright owner Font planet Off platform, Font planet Unable to know and supervise the transaction content and not responsible for the transaction activities, the authorization of relevant fonts shall be subject to the content confirmed by you and the copyright owner.
5. Please note: In any case, despite the above permission Font planet Or other copyright owners agree otherwise in writing, you shall not Font planet Any font in the platform is used for embedded purposes, making material templates, directly providing font software/program download services to third parties, or for purposes other than those explicitly authorized by the authorization certificate/authorization agreement. （5） Certificate of Authorization

1. After you purchase a member, we can issue the "Certificate of Authorization for Members of the Font Bank Planet" for you in terms of the member's commercial font. The authorized subject of the individual version member is an individual, and the authorized subject of the team version member is a legal person or an unincorporated organization. The authorization period is the same as that of the member. If it needs to be issued, it can be obtained from the official website of the font planet platform - Personal Center - Certificate of Authorization.
2. The font library planet does not provide free commercial fonts and separate authorization certificates for authorized fonts. If you need to issue a certificate, please contact the copyright owner of the relevant fonts.

（6） Invoicing

1. After you purchase a member, you can enter the order center, find the corresponding order number on the "Completed" page, and apply for invoicing. Individual members can only issue ordinary VAT invoices, while team members can issue special VAT invoices and ordinary VAT invoices.
2. Please fill in the billing information completely and accurately and confirm it before submission to ensure that the relevant information is accurate, otherwise you should bear the losses arising therefrom.

（7） AI literacy

1. We provide you with the AI literacy function on the official website of the word bank planet. You can use the AI literacy function to identify the font names in the uploaded pictures. Please understand that the recognition efficiency and accuracy of this function are affected by the number of words in the pictures, language, picture quality and other factors, There may be errors in the identification results, which are only for your reference 。
2. The AI literacy function is a charging function. Users who have not purchased members of the font planet have a limit on the number of times to use it. The specific number of times is subject to the official website of the font planet.

（8） Third party services

1. When you use the "Edit Picture" function in the font case, you may jump to a third-party platform. The relevant platform is operated by the copyright owner of the font case. The operation services and content within the platform are provided by a third party independently, which has nothing to do with the font planet, and the font planet does not bear any responsibility for the service results or content. Please carefully check the authenticity, legality and security of relevant content and services before using them.

（9） Account cancellation

1. You can cancel your account through the customer service telephone, and we will complete the verification and processing within 15 working days. Please consider carefully before canceling the account. Once the account is cancelled, all rights and interests (including but not limited to membership rights, coupons, etc.) will become invalid. After the account is cancelled, you can re apply for registration.

4、 Content uploaded and published by users

(I) You agree to authorize Font planet Show your uploaded and published content (including but not limited to user name, user profile, font case, font article, comment, etc.) to unspecified network users worldwide. When any third party fails to Font planet Agree to use any content containing your published content in the form of reprint, capture, piracy, etc Font planet You agree and authorize Font planet Or its designated agent Font planet Or you raise a warning, complaint, administrative law enforcement, litigation or negotiation settlement against the third party, and you agree to Font planet Participate in joint rights protection when necessary.

（2） If you upload and publish any content through the font planet platform, you guarantee that:

1. The content you upload and publish is original or has been legally authorized by the original obligee. Without the authorization of the copyright owner, it is not allowed to copy or publish all or part of others' works to the font planet. If you transfer information outside the site to the font planet, please sign and indicate the source; Otherwise, you should bear the corresponding adverse consequences, and font planet will not bear any responsibility for this.
2. You authorize the word bank planet to use your works according to this agreement, including but not limited to recommending, displaying, promoting and authorizing other users to share the content you upload and publish to other users, and promise to have the right to make such authorization.
3. The content you upload and publish complies with relevant national laws and regulations, public order and good customs, and will not damage the legitimate rights and interests of any other party or cause adverse social impact. Including but not limited to the following contents: any contents that violate national laws, regulations, policies, political propaganda or news information stipulated by the state, national ethnic and religious policies, national secrets or security, Internet operation security, as well as feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, lottery, gambling games, instigation of crime, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of others Any other content detrimental to social order/public security/public morality.
4. The use of your work by Ziku Planet in accordance with this agreement does not require the consent of a third party or bear any responsibility to a third party.

(III) Font planet Have the right (but not the obligation) to review the content you upload and publish Font planet When you think that the content you upload and publish may contain illegal or infringing content, Font planet Has the right to reject or delete your Font planet Any content uploaded and published by the platform, and in any case, Font planet Neither is responsible for the content you upload or publish 。 If the content you upload or publish contains information that violates laws and regulations, or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you will bear all the adverse consequences arising therefrom and compensate for all the losses caused to the font planet.

5、 Protection of privacy and personal information

1. Your trust is very important to the font planet. The font planet knows the importance of user information security. The font planet will take security measures according to laws and regulations to protect your user information security and controllability. See details《 Privacy Policy 》。

6、 Intellectual property

1. Shanghai Tannai Network Design Center is the owner or obligee of all legal rights and interests of the "font planet platform". It owns the intellectual property rights and other legal rights of the content and resources of this platform, and is protected by national laws. It has the right to modify this agreement, the font planet client, and the content of the font planet website from time to time according to law, and synchronously publicize them on multiple terminals of the font planet platform, Have the right to interpret the contents of this agreement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2. All fonts in the font library platform other than the ones you upload and the free commercial font library and the fonts contained therein, as well as any copies that the font library planet may authorize you to make, are intellectual property works of the font library planet. The structure, organization and code, documents, user information, website logs, transaction conditions of the font planet font software, as well as all the information related to the font planet font software that has not entered the public domain, are the trade secrets of the font planet. The intellectual property rights enjoyed by the font planet are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Computer Software, the Anti unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, other laws and regulations, and international conventions and treaties. Except for the explicit license in this agreement and the font planet membership service agreement, font planet does not grant you any intellectual property rights to the font in the font planet platform (including font planet font and third-party font), and you must not engage in any behavior that may infringe any font intellectual property rights in the font planet platform.
3. Description of art works: The fonts displayed in the font library (including Chinese characters, foreign characters, symbols, etc., the same below) belong to art works protected by law, so your use of such art works should comply with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant provisions. The number of characters contained in different fonts in the font library planet platform may vary according to different specifications and standards. This difference in the number of characters does not belong to a quality defect. Your choice represents the approval of the selected font specification.
4. Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, the data information (such as text, charts, logos, button icons, images, sound file fragments, digital downloads, data editing and software) and web page layout design published on the font planet platform are all property/intellectual property rights of the font planet platform and are protected by law. No unit or individual may collect (including using web crawlers and other technical means), use, rent, lend, copy, modify, translate, link, reprint, decompile, reverse engineer, copy, assemble, publish, publish, establish mirror sites and other infringements of the above content, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code from the font planet platform, Or extract its substantial part from the font planet platform for other applications, otherwise, font planet has the right to pursue its legal responsibility.
5. No one is allowed to use any trademark, service mark, advertising language, package decoration, trade name, domain name, website name or other prominent commercial elements (hereinafter collectively referred to as "commercial logo") that are the same or similar to the logo of font planet (including but not limited to font planet, mfonts, etc.) without authorization, or font planet has the right to pursue its legal liability.
6. Font Planet respects your intellectual property rights. Unless expressly agreed in this agreement or otherwise agreed by you, Font Planet will not use, modify, copy, publicly disseminate, change, distribute, distribute or publicly publish the results of your intellectual property rights without authorization.
7. The copyright of the work cases, articles and other contents published and displayed by the users of the font planet shall be owned and explained by the author, and the original author must be contacted for any commercial use.
8. Any organization or individual who believes that the content of the website of the font planet, such as published articles, product information, etc., may infringe their legitimate rights and interests can submit a written notice of rights to the customer service of the font planet and provide legal proof materials. The font planet will deal with it as soon as possible according to law after receiving the qualified notice from the intellectual property rights owner.

7、 User's liability for breach of contract

1. If you violate this agreement, you shall bear the legal liability arising therefrom and compensate Font planet All losses arising therefrom, and Font planet At the same time, you have the right to take the following measures against you according to different default situations, and the losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you:

(1)     If you transfer or share the account or all/part of the rights and interests under the account to a third party in violation of Article 2 of this Agreement, Font planet Have the right to take measures against you, such as restricting login, permanently sealing the number, and prohibiting re registration.

(2)     If you publish infringing and illegal content in violation of Article 4 of this Agreement, Font planet Have the right to delete and block the relevant contents. If the aforesaid breach of contract has occurred more than three times (including three times), Font planet Have the right to take measures against you, such as restricting content publishing, restricting login, permanently blocking or prohibiting re registration.

(3)     If you violate Article 6 of this agreement Font planet Or third party intellectual property rights, Font planet Have the right to take measures against you, such as restricting login, permanently sealing the number, and prohibiting re registration.

8、 Limitation of liability and no guarantee

1. When you purchase the "separately authorized font", the specific services and products are provided to you by the third-party copyright, and the transaction activities are Font planet Off platform, Font planet The platform is only a neutral third-party information exchange platform, and cannot know the transaction content between you and the copyright owner, nor is it responsible for related services, products or any disputes arising therefrom. If any disputes arise from related services or products, you should resolve them with the copyright owner.
2. Font planet It may contain links to other websites or resources, that is, third-party links. Font planet I have no right to control, review or modify the content, privacy policy and activities of the aforementioned websites or resources, and therefore I will not assume any responsibility. It is recommended that you leave Font planet Service, read the terms of service and privacy policy carefully before visiting other websites or resources.
3. Because the user is in Font planet The user shall be fully responsible for any damage or loss arising from any claim made by any third party due to the content uploaded or published, Font planet No liability.
4. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, the font planet platform and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and services contained in it or otherwise provided to you are provided on the basis of "as is" and "as is".
5. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, font planet does not make any form of express or implied statement or warranty on the operation of font planet platform and the information, content, materials, products or services contained therein, except as otherwise provided by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
6. Due to technical restrictions or the possible use of malicious means by a third party, font planet does not guarantee that all information, content, materials, products (including software) and services provided to you through the font planet platform, or electronic mail and information sent from the font planet platform are free of viruses or other harmful ingredients. In case of relevant circumstances, The font planet will actively solve the problem and minimize the impact you may suffer.
7. If the font planet platform can not operate normally due to the following factors, font planet will take reasonable measures to minimize the adverse effects when relevant situations occur:

(1) Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, riots, wars, government acts, judicial administrative orders, etc;

(2) Any damage caused by risks that cannot be avoided due to the technical level of the same industry;

(3) Service interruption or data loss or error caused by power supply failure, communication network failure and basic operator factors;

(4) System upgrade, maintenance or suspension of service of the font library planet platform in a short time after advance announcement or notice;

(5) Data loss or error caused by downtime, unstable service and other factors of the third-party server used by the font planet platform;

(6) Due to the adjustment of business strategy or the coordination with major national technology, regulations and policies and other changes, Ziku Planet does not guarantee to permanently provide certain services as agreed in this Agreement, and has the right to change the form, specification or other content of the services provided. Before terminating such services or making changes to such services, Ziku Planet will notify you in an appropriate manner;

(7) Data loss or error caused by other force majeure factors such as third-party browser problems, network environment problems, computer system problems, hardware environment, technical failures and other compatibility problems.

1. Font planet Under no circumstances will you be liable for any loss, claim or expense or any causal, special, accidental, indirect, punitive or other loss (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other monetary loss), nor for any claim or expense of any third party, even if Font planet Be informed of the possibility of such damage in advance. In any case, Font planet All responsibilities assumed under any terms of this agreement are limited to your purchase Font planet The price actually paid by the member (if any).

9、 Applicable law and jurisdiction

1. The validity, interpretation, change, implementation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute arising from this agreement, you and Font planet It shall be settled through negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to Shanghai Yangpu District People's Court for settlement through litigation procedures.
2. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the applicable laws, these terms will be completely reinterpreted in accordance with the legal provisions, while other non conflict terms will continue to be effective.

10、 Service of notice

1. You understand and agree that, Font planet You can send notifications to you through one or more of the above notification methods, such as webpage announcement, email, in station message, SMS, phone, system message, WeChat, and so on, and Font planet We can trust that the contact information provided by you (including but not limited to the information provided in the registration/management account) is complete, accurate and currently valid; The above notice shall be deemed to have been delivered after being sent successfully.
2. The notice you send to Ziku Planet should be delivered through online customer service on the official website of Ziku Planet, and contact information such as telephone, mailing address, e-mail, etc. officially announced to the public.

11、 Renewal and Termination of Terms

1. The word bank planet has the right to change the contents of this agreement and the corresponding service rules, and to make announcements or notifications on the platform through website announcements, emails, in station messages, SMS, pop ups and other means; If you do not agree with the change, you can contact the font planet for feedback before the change takes effect. If the feedback is accepted, the font planet will adjust and change the content as appropriate.
2. If you disagree with the changed content, you should stop using it before the changed content takes effect Font planet Platform services/products, and the changed contents have no effect on you. If you continue to use after the agreement content changes Font planet For platform services/products, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the revised content, and will also follow the revised terms.
3. This Agreement shall be terminated in the following cases:

(1) You cancel your account by yourself;

(2) If you violate the agreement, the word bank planet will seal your account number;

(3) The font library planet platform stopped operation.

1. Treatment after termination of the agreement

(1)     After the termination of this agreement, all the unused rights and interests in your account (including but not limited to the opened members, coupons, etc.) will become invalid, and you should bear the related losses;

(2) After the termination of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified by law, Ziku Planet has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or the third party designated by you;

(3) After the termination of this Agreement, Ziku Planet has the right to store the information in your account in accordance with the law until the shortest time limit for storage in accordance with the law is reached;

(4) After the termination of this agreement, Ziku Planet still has the right to hold you accountable for your past violations.

12、 Others

1. This agreement consists of the contents of this agreement, the rules, specifications, service descriptions of the official website of the font planet platform and other terms/conditions that you agree to accept, and font planet and you are bound by it.
2. The section headings of this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
3. Any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, invalid or unenforceable, and such provision shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of this Agreement and other provisions.
4. The font planet has the right to transfer all or part of the rights and obligations of this service to the affiliated companies or other parties of the font planet by publishing announcements, messages on the site, pop-up notifications or email notifications on the font planet platform.
5. The intellectual property terms, applicable law and jurisdiction terms and other terms that should survive in nature under this Agreement shall not become invalid due to the termination of this Agreement.
