Wang Yi, male, Han nationality, born in October 1953 in Beijing, started working in September 1969 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1981. He graduated from the Department of Asian and African Languages of Beijing International Studies University with a university degree and a master's degree in economics.
He is currently a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, the Director of the Office of the Central Foreign Affairs Working Committee, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
