Introduction to design requirements of clean room
With the increasing demand for clean rooms in production, the requirements for the cleanliness of the clean room decoration project are becoming higher and higher. How to grasp each construction process is an important factor for achieving the cleanliness required by the design. How high the cleanliness level of the clean room can be achieved is also a factor to measure how high the construction quality can be achieved by a construction enterprise.
I Clean Room The definition of "clean room" refers to a specially designed room that discharges pollutants such as particulates, harmful air and bacteria from the air within a certain space range, and controls the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air flow velocity and distribution, noise, vibration, lighting and static electricity within a certain demand range. That is, no matter how the external air conditions change, the interior can maintain the cleanliness, temperature, humidity, pressure and other performance characteristics set by the original requirements.
II Clean Room The composition of the clean room is composed of the following systems, and any of the system elements is indispensable, otherwise it will not form a complete and high-quality clean room:
a. Ceiling system: including suspender, main keel, secondary keel and ceiling.
b. Air conditioning system: including air handling equipment, air conveying equipment, air distribution equipment, cold and hot control sources, automatic regulation control devices, etc.
c. Partitions: including windows and doors.
d. Floor or ground: including epoxy floor, raised floor, etc.
e. Lighting fixtures.
III Clean Room The construction of the clean room is mainly to keep tight and clean.
1. Construction of main structure of clean room The main structure of clean room is generally reinforced concrete structure with brick wall enclosure. This process is the outermost clean barrier of clean room. Pay attention to the following during construction:
a. The holes on concrete and brick walls should be repaired to reduce wall cracks;
b. Measures to prevent cracks shall be taken at the joint of concrete and brick wall;
c. The plastering of the interior and exterior walls should be carried out in layers to prevent cracks and hollows on the walls, especially on the interior walls. It is a mistake to think that there are clean wallboards inside, so plastering is not necessary. This layer of plastering is very important. The decoration project of the clean room will greatly help the later cleaning, reducing dust and noise by about 10%.
