Even so, we still devoted ourselves and participated in it, gradually found the weakness of the team, overcame various difficulties, strengthened communication and cooperation, bravely challenged ourselves, and worked together to complete each project.
In the big foot game, our feet are connected together, forming a mutual check. The team members walk at different speeds, and can't master the rhythm. We walk very hard. If any member of the team makes a mistake, the whole team cannot move forward. From the initial mutual complaints and suspicions, we realized that when we finished the project, we had to think in one direction and work hard in one direction. We tried to pull our arms together to form a whole. Everyone shouted for rhythm, and gradually got a tacit understanding. We tried to keep pace. Although it was difficult, we insisted on reaching the end. It was drizzling, our hearts became heavy, and we couldn't help shedding tears. For the second time, everyone seemed to have a tacit understanding. Those who took the ladder, pulled people, as well as those who worked as the protective wall, firmly remembered the rules, stopped talking, applauding, and laughing, and focused on what we wanted to accomplish together, and quickly acted. At first, the 10 people who went up tried their best to pull the colleagues below. The colleagues who took the ladder suffered pain in their shoulders and legs. Everyone had only one idea in mind: the boat we were riding was going to sink, and we must help all the team members to climb over the escape wall within the specified time!
In this process, sacrifice and cooperation are reflected. In a team, there must be someone who is silently sacrificing, but this sacrifice is seen by all the team members and kept in mind. The success of an individual is not the success of a team, and only the success of the whole team can be a real success. So we must brainstorm and use the most efficient and appropriate way to let the last colleague turn over. Everyone has made their own efforts to achieve this goal. After the project was completed, the coach announced that we only used a quarter of the estimated time. At that moment, everyone finally tasted the joy of victory.
From the outward bound training, I also realized that everyone has grown up in a team all the time since he was born, and he is a member of the collective.
