It was learned from the Municipal Transportation Committee that in order to ensure the smooth completion of the operation project of Metro Line 1 and Batong Line, to realize the no transfer connection between the urban center and the sub center, and to minimize the impact of the transformation on the operation, after repeated demonstration, Beijing The city will use the National Day holiday to reconstruct Line 1.
  
Specific operational adjustments are as follows:
  
From October 1 to 7, the operation section of Metro Line 1 was adjusted from Gucheng Station to Sihui Station, and the passenger service of Sihui East Station of Line 1 was stopped, and the trains of Line 1 could not reach Sihui East Station;
  
From October 1 to 7, Batong Line remained in normal operation. Sihui East Station of Batong Line could get on and off passengers normally, and the two lines of Sihui Station could transfer normally.
  
From October 8, Line 1 resumed normal operation.
  
Line 1 and Batong Line realize train interworking
  
The through operation project of Line 1 and Batong Line is realized through the interconnection and interworking of the civil engineering and equipment systems of the two lines, breaking the physical division of the two lines and realizing train interworking,
  
A new operation organization route is formed, which not only realizes the connection of the two lines, but also upgrades the signal system of Line 1 and Batong Line.
  
The reconstruction section is located between the west end of Sihui East Station and the development platform on the upper cover of the section, involving a working face of 310m. Eight groups of turnouts need to be built to connect two lines, and the signal system of the whole line needs to be upgraded at the same time. The total duration of the project is about 313 hours, and the construction is divided into three stages. The construction during the "National Day" period is the first stage.

Increase the capacity of public transportation along the line
  
During the construction of Line 1, transfer stops at Sihui East Station, and the passenger flow will be concentrated at Sihui Station, which will increase the passenger flow.
  
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project and reduce the impact on passenger travel, Beijing Metro Operation Company will take measures such as strengthening passenger flow organization, strengthening equipment support, strengthening drills and training to ensure the operation during the construction and reconstruction.
  
First, strengthen the passenger flow organization of Sihui Station.
  
Since the construction is carried out between Sihui and Sihui East Area of Line 1, Sihui Station of Line 1 can only use the same side of the platform to get on and off passengers.
  
To this end, the station will strengthen the strength of platform post personnel and organize passengers to get off first and then get on; During peak passenger flow, at key locations such as the station hall, security checkpoints, gates, etc., additional staff shall be added to strengthen passenger flow guidance, do a good job in inbound and outbound and transfer organization, and ensure orderly boarding and landing of passengers; And do a good job of temperature measurement and security inspection for passengers entering the station.
  
Second, strengthen emergency drills and staff training.
  
Further improve the passenger transport organization plan and emergency plan of Sihui Station and Sihui East Station, and do a good job in post strength arrangement and personnel training drills to ensure that the staff have clear responsibilities and professional knowledge.
  
In view of the change of turn back mode of Sihui Station of Line 1, the integrated control personnel shall be organized to carry out manual turnout drills and training, so that they can master the relevant signal interlocking relationships and signal fault handling methods, and do a good job in the drills of receiving departure, turn back, entrance and exit operations in case of turnout fault. The train crew center of Line 1 shall strengthen the education and training of the train crew and the signal building attendant, so that the staff can master the key points of operation after the train changes the operation routing.
  
The city bus group takes measures such as inter district bus and express bus to increase the input of transport capacity and speed up the turnover of vehicles for lines such as 322, 475, 666, 668 and 806 along the Jingtong Express.
  
At the same time, 20 buses will be prepared at Sihui Bus Terminal and Dabeiyao Bus Station to make emergency preparations for large passenger flow evacuation in subway stations.
