Anqing Tourism Strategy

Anqing City is located on the north bank of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, at the junction of Anhui, Hubei and Jiangxi, facing Chizhou City and Tongling City across the river in the east, Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province in the south, Huangmei, Qichun and Yingshan counties in Hubei Province in the west, and Lu'an City and Chaohu City in Anhui Province in the north. Anqing is one of the key cities open to the outside world in Anhui Province. It is a national first-class port and a port open to foreign ships. Anqing is full of famous mountains, rivers and cultural relics, including Tianzhu Mountain, a national scenic spot, Xuejiagang Cultural Site, a national key cultural relics protection unit, Yaoluoping, a national nature reserve, 6 provincial scenic spots, 47 provincial cultural relics protection units, and 3 provincial historical and cultural cities.
