According to the boarding requirements of the international flight team, the team usually has to arrive at the airport 3-3.5 hours in advance to check in, so if the international flight departs before 15pm (including 15pm) and 21pm (including 21pm), the schedule does not include lunch or dinner
For the sake of security and the requirements of Thailand, the guests participating in the delegation must follow the itinerary activities in the daytime. If they do not declare that they will leave the team in the daytime outside the country and do not follow the itinerary activities before leaving the delegation, and such cases occur outside the country, the Thai reception party will call the police for filing;
If there are free sightseeing items in the itinerary, the purpose is to increase knowledge and broaden vision. Passengers are requested to carry UnionPay cards or credit cards in China in case of need. Hotel standards:
Since all accommodation, vehicles, scenic spot tickets, etc. in the team trip are packaged and sold by the travel agency as a whole, if the tourists fail to visit due to their own reasons, they will be deemed as giving up automatically, and the travel agency will not be able to refund the fees. Thai hotels have no official star standard and no star system. The star standard indicated above is the reference standard of the local industry in Thailand; Thai hotels are priced according to size, geographical location and supporting facilities, and there is no star reference standard
If hotels are full due to exhibitions, government activities, local festivals and other reasons, our company will adjust hotels at the same level according to the situation at that time, which will not affect the hotel standards and the overall tour time
The lobby of Phuket Island hotels is relatively small, and there is no mall. The elevator can only take two people and luggage at a time. Most hotels do not have elevators, and some hotels are in line

Insurance description:
The personal accident insurance for overseas tourists on our agency's behalf is an insurance item. Personal accident insurance for tourists does not include diseases carried by tourists themselves, recurrent diseases, and diseases that have not been treated within 180 days before the date of departure (such as heart disease recurrence, hypertension, diabetic complications, transplant surgery recurrence, pregnant women, psychotic attacks, etc.)
Our agency recommends that the guest should buy additional medical insurance according to their own conditions
Travel accident insurance or rescue insurance does not cover the following situations, please consult the relevant insurance company before purchasing:
1. Chronic diseases of tourists;

Refund description:
Tourists voluntarily give up the tour temporarily for personal reasons, and hotel accommodation, meals, cars and other fees are not refundable

The liability for termination before departure shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the Beijing Outbound Travel Contract. The actual losses include air tickets, visa service fees, hotel reservations, etc;

6. Security matters

Because the hotel is not responsible for the safety of guests' valuables in their rooms, and the driver is not responsible for the safety of passengers' valuables on the bus, the insurance company does not insure cash.
7. Currency exchange and time difference
The currency used in Thailand is mainly Thai baht. The ratio of RMB to Thai baht is about 1:4. Thai baht can be exchanged at Thai airports or banks. It is recommended to exchange it with tour guides, so that you can exchange RMB at the same exchange rate when leaving the country. It is also recommended to take an international credit card to travel;
Thailand is 1 hour later than Beijing time. If Beijing time is 10:00, Thailand time is 09:00.
8. Risk warning

Especially when you are engaged in dangerous activities such as swimming, diving and rafting at the seaside and swimming pool, you should decide the time and amount of exercise according to your own physical condition to avoid accidents such as accidental drowning, so as to ensure your own personal safety and avoid accidents;
Travel agencies will not bear legal, economic and medical responsibilities for accidents and injuries caused by personal factors, force majeure factors and third parties when tourists participate in activities; Tourists promise that they will not investigate any civil, economic and medical liabilities of the travel agency in case of accidents and injuries caused by personal factors, force majeure factors and third parties; In addition, according to the practice of the tourism industry and the provisions of the tourism contract, the travel agency is not responsible for the accidents that happen to tourists during their free activities. For example, when tourists want to engage in activities with any risk factors (such as swimming, diving, rafting, etc.) during their free activities, they must pay attention to safety. When it is not sure whether it is safe, it is better not to engage in such activities;
Please keep your belongings with you during the tour. No valuables can be put on the car. Pay attention to safety during free activities. It is better to hand in the hotel's safe deposit box for the certificate; If an accident has occurred, please contact the tour leader in time to facilitate the travel agency to organize rescue or adjust the plan, and coordinate with the handling of related events. If accidents occur during dangerous activities (such as swimming) and free activities without taking advice, the responsibility shall be borne by the traveller himself.
In principle, travel agencies will not arrange high-risk projects during the trip. Please carefully choose to participate in high-risk projects such as jeep cross-country, motorcycle driving, self driving, bungee jumping, water motorcycle, paragliding, surfing, adventure and so on during free activities;
A. Some items on the itinerary, such as the complimentary speedboat package, are more exciting. Guests are invited to follow the arrangement of the guide and the team leader, wear life jackets, try to sit in the middle and rear of the speedboat, and hold firmly. Otherwise, the waist, tail vertebra and other injuries may be caused by turbulence during the driving of the speedboat. Do not get on or off the yacht until it stops stably;
B. Before swimming and diving, please confirm that your physical condition is suitable for swimming, and there is no chronic disease or heart disease that affects your physical function. It is strictly prohibited to overeat or enter the water on an empty stomach. Never go into the water alone. When swimming, there should be strong or caring companions to follow;
C. Never swim in a non swimming area far from the shore. There will be jellyfish, coral and other dangerous animals in the sea to avoid injury;
D. If you participate in diving, snorkeling and other activities abroad, please ensure that you can swim and use diving equipment. If a foreign coach conducts pre activity training, you should ensure that you can correctly understand all the intentions of the coach, otherwise you should not participate in this activity;
E. Due to different physical conditions, sunburn and photosensitivity may occur. Guests should consider and bear the consequences of sunburn;
F. Guests with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic diseases and special diseases (especially lumbar diseases), the elderly and children should carefully participate. Minors under the age of 18 should be accompanied by their guardians. Pregnant women should never participate in snorkeling, speedboats and other such projects;
G. In case of bad weather, rainy days, heavy winds and waves, you must not venture into the water or take a speedboat;
H. Never participate in high risk projects such as jeep cross-country, motorcycle driving, self driving, water motorcycle, paragliding, etc;
