[Travel and Safety Instructions]
1. About flights and boarding:
1.01 The flights on the itinerary are reference flights. If there are special requirements for flights, please confirm the exact flights of the group with the staff in time to avoid delaying the itinerary;
1.02 The flight seats on the aircraft are arranged according to the English letters of the last name. If the seats are not together, they can be adjusted after the aircraft takes off. When taking off, landing and dining, the back of the seat row should be straight. NO SMOKING means no smoking, FASTEN SEAT BELT means that you should fasten your seat belt, and do not walk around when not necessary. For safety, please obey it. Mobile phones and game consoles are prohibited, and no loud noise is allowed on the machine.
1.03 Please put your valuable and fragile articles or articles that need to be taken at any time in your carry on luggage. The travel agency will not be responsible for any loss, theft or robbery. Liquids above 100ml (such as skin lotion, shampoo, etc., with containers over 100ml) need to be checked in. After arriving at the destination, go through the immigration office first, and then pick up luggage for customs clearance.
2. With regard to immigration and customs regulations:
2.01 Tourists must take their passports with them and keep them properly. They are responsible for the loss of their passports. To apply for a replacement passport, they need to stop their journey and go to the local Chinese Embassy to handle it in person, and pay the corresponding fees themselves.
2.02 When applying for landing visa in Thailand, passengers must have enough living expenses for each person in Thailand at least ￥ 5000 yuan or the equivalent currency. The customs has the right to refuse entry with insufficient currency, which has nothing to do with travel agencies.
2.03 Tourists can bring their own necessities into and out of the country, limited to a reasonable amount. Please declare your valuables and excess cash when you leave China (US $5000 or equivalent foreign currency is allowed, such as advanced cameras and video cameras can only be taken out of the country after declaration to the customs); Do not bring contraband into or out of the country (in particular, do not bring overseas political sensitive bookcases into or out of the country), and bear the consequences of legal liability.
2.04 The entry and exit cards and customs baggage declaration forms of all countries can be completed with the assistance of the team leader. When entering or leaving the country, please follow the instructions of the leader and go through the immigration office, border defense and customs collectively to avoid getting separated from the group and affecting the time of entry and exit. Do not carry luggage for strangers to avoid being used by others.
2.05 Thai inbound passengers can bring a piece of 200 cigarettes and a bottle of 1 liter wine into the country duty-free. In addition, all kinds of meat, plants, vegetables and fruits are forbidden to be brought into China, and protected animals (such as crocodile meat) and bird's nests cannot be brought back to China, otherwise the customs has the right to confiscate or impose heavy penalties.
3. About the hotel:
3.01 The industry standard of hotels in Southeast Asia is generally a little lower than that in China, and there is no star standard and star system. The hotel star rating published by the unofficial website is the website's own standard, and the information may not be accurate. Please refer to the following table of alternative hotels for hotels arranged in the itinerary, and the final confirmation of the hotel is subject to the letter of departure. The principle of one standard room for two people is adopted. In case of natural odd number, the travel agency has the right to take extra bed measures throughout the journey. If you do not agree to add a bed, the price of the extra single room shall be calculated separately.
3.02 Please keep quiet when you arrive in the lobby of the hotel and wait for room number and key distribution. When you go out, be sure to explain clearly or place the key on the counter for the use of roommates. Valuables must be carried or stored in the hotel safe (free of charge). It must not be left in the accommodation room or on the bus. If any passenger is lost, he or she must be responsible for it, which has nothing to do with the travel agency; Please make sure to check again for missing items before checking out.
3.03 Please do not make loud noise or walk around in the corridor inside the hotel or outside the room. It is recommended that you do not go out alone. If you need to go out, please take the hotel's business card with you at the counter of the hotel, so that you can contact at any time in case of loss. Please do not chat with strangers during the trip or outside the hotel. When resting in the room, be sure to fasten the safety lock of the room door. Do not open the door to allow strangers to enter at will, so as to avoid being cheated and causing property damage or endangering personal safety.
3.04 Tourists are not allowed to hang their clothes on the lampshade of the accommodation room, smoke on the bed, and throw cigarette butts randomly to prevent fire. In order to avoid unnecessary embarrassment, please do not take any articles in the hotel room without permission. Please buy from the hotel if you want to keep them as souvenirs.
3.05 Please observe the location of the emergency exit before checking in. If the alarm bell of the hotel rings, please do not panic, and please leave the emergency exit quickly. If the swimming pool is not open or there is no lifeguard present, please do not enter the swimming pool without authorization, otherwise, if it happens unexpectedly, you should be responsible for everything.
3.06 For environmental protection reasons, the hotel must provide its own toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, hair dryer and other personal necessities regardless of star level; General hotels in Thailand use 220 volt and 110 volt power two pin flat plug with self provided conversion socket.
4. About dining:
4.01 The basic standard of group table meal is seven dishes and one soup. It is difficult to cater for personal taste with the demand of satiety. Please pay attention to civility and comity when dining around the table, and do not compete.
4.02 Please measure and take food for buffet. If you abandon the food you haven't eaten, you may incur a fine. Please line up in order to take food. Don't go backwards. Don't make a noise when eating, or throw garbage when competing for food.
4.03 Due to the hot climate in Southeast Asia, it is inevitable that tourists will be acclimatized to foreign countries, which will lead to diarrhea. Please avoid eating raw and cold food, ice, coconut, milk, etc., and try to eat cooked food. If there is diarrhea, please inform the team leader or tour guide as soon as possible, and do not take drugs arbitrarily.
5. About Tour Bus
5.01 Please pay attention to the name, color and number of the car company, so as not to find the car when parking. Please keep the car clean and tidy. Smoking is prohibited on tour buses. Agree the time of getting on the bus. Please be sure to assemble on time to get on the bus so as not to affect the travel itinerary. If the bus breaks down or the air conditioner does not cool down on the way, it will take some time to change the bus.
5.02 Thai vehicles drive on the left, which is opposite to the driving direction of domestic vehicles. When crossing the road, you must stop, listen and pay attention to the coming direction.
6. About currency:
6.01 The local currency can be exchanged at the airport, local national bank or hotel. Any guest who exchanges foreign currency with local individuals or shops due to exchange rate factors shall be responsible for his/her own business behavior. Since Thailand is an open tourism country approved by China, RMB and credit cards can be used in the above countries.
7. About tips:
7.01 The tour guide, driver and team leader arranged by the travel agency have paid the service fee. If the service is excellent, the tourists can pay more as a reward.
8. About the journey:
8.01 The above is a reference itinerary. Our social insurance reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the departure date, tour time sequence, etc. due to flight, transportation, visa and other reasons.
8.02 Due to visa guarantee, security and other reasons, guests are not allowed to leave the group during the trip (except free time). If they have to leave the group under special circumstances, they must sign a departure statement with our company. Any problems that violate local laws and endanger personal and property security during the departure process shall be borne by the guests themselves, and our company will not bear any responsibility, Travel accident insurance also cannot cover personal or property injuries and losses suffered by individuals when leaving the group.
8.03 The flight, scenic spot, hotel, restaurant, etc. in the above itinerary may need to be adjusted, cancelled or replaced due to sudden events such as weather, traffic control, temporary closure, strike, or force majeure; In case of flight delay, schedule change, detention or early end of the journey due to the above force majeure and other reasons, the travel society shall make active and appropriate treatment according to the actual situation. If any expenses are incurred, the part exceeding the paid tour fee shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
9. About water activities:
9.01 Only you know your physical condition best, such as pregnant women, patients with heart disease, patients with high and low blood pressure, osteoporosis, the elderly, young people, or any patients who are not suitable for strenuous and stimulating activities, are absolutely not suitable to participate in any water activities. If the passenger conceals his/her illness or insists on participating in activities, which causes accidents, the passenger must bear all responsibilities and consequences;
9.02 Always wear life jackets when taking a boat or engaging in water activities; When taking a speedboat, it is strictly prohibited to sit in the seat in front of the bow, so as to avoid spine injury; When any vessel is walking, please sit on the seat and do not walk around at will to avoid falling and being injured; Do not place your hands or feet on the ship's side or railing to avoid being pinched or injured by collision;
9.03 Children under 18 years old are not recommended to swim alone at the seaside, and adults over 50 years old are not recommended to swim in the sea. If you insist on swimming in the sea, you need to sign a personal statement.
9.04 All kinds of amusement items on the island that are not included in the itinerary are local private business models. If there is a need to play, the tourists should negotiate the price with the merchants themselves, pay attention to the type of currency, the time of play, and whether they are suitable to participate. These are all personal acts and have nothing to do with travel agencies. In case of disputes, they need to find a guide and a team leader to assist in handling them at the first time, To reduce personal losses.
9.05 Due to the turbulence of the yacht, it is not suitable for the elderly over 70 years old or tourists who are unwell. If there are yacht activities on the island during the trip, we will arrange tourists who cannot go on the island to rest in hotels or docks.
