Service standard:
Air ticket: round-trip air ticket (including airport construction fee), 120 minutes before the flight takes off at the airport, otherwise the missed flight will be borne by yourself.
Transportation: Air conditioned tour bus and shuttle service throughout Hainan. If the flight is cancelled within 24 hours before departure, the parking fee shall be 200 yuan/person.

Fund: Hainan government fund of 40 yuan/person has been included, and those not included will be paid by the guests as Hainan tour guides.
■ Reception Rules
Air ticket: The flight is a chartered flight, and the air ticket is a special ticket for the team. Once issued, it cannot be signed, changed, or refunded, and there are special circumstances where the ticket is inconsistent with the settlement. The adult should bring the original valid ID card and the child should bring the original household register.
Admission policy: including the first big ticket for the scenic spots listed in the itinerary, excluding the battery car (excluding the second ticket for the scenic spots and additional fees).
Itinerary order: The tour guide must obtain the consent and signature of all guests to adjust the itinerary. The precondition is to optimize the itinerary order (such as avoiding the peak flow of tourists in the scenic area) or meet objective human force majeure factors (such as typhoon, rainstorm, national policies, traffic jams, etc.).
Compensation for injury: In case of accidental injury during a tourist's tour in Hainan, the local reception agency is obliged to assist the guest to enter the hospital for examination and treatment, and handle relevant insurance claim procedures according to national laws and regulations (the cost is borne by the tourist). Tourists can also choose to negotiate, arbitrate or litigate with relevant parties.
Responsibility for leaving the group: tourists are not allowed to leave the group without permission. If they have to leave the group for special reasons, tourists must sign an application for leaving the group for the tour guide, and ask the group organization they have registered for to fax it to our agency in the form of confirmation. Any situation after leaving the group has nothing to do with our agency.
Other instructions: The increase of travel expenses due to the guest's own reason of leaving the group or natural disasters and other human force majeure factors shall be borne by the guest, and the company will refund the expenses not incurred by the team price. In case of force majeure or failure to achieve due to tourists' own reasons, and tourists voluntarily give up, this item will not be refunded.. Arrangement during free activities: wake up naturally after sleeping, go shopping and buy souvenirs with Hainan characteristics. Due to flight policy and marketing reasons, there may be price differences between different flights or the same flight on the same day. Please make it clear to the guests before receiving them. Any complaints arising therefrom will not be accepted by our company.
