Instructions for participation
Service standard:
1. The cost has included: inter city transportation costs such as air tickets booked by the travel agency; Tourist bus fee, accommodation fee, meal fee, the first ticket fee of the package project scenic spot (area), and tour guide service fee.
2. The expenses do not include: travel insurance premiums, air insurance premiums insured by individuals, and expenses not agreed in the contract to be paid by the travel agency (including expenses required for non contractual activities outside the trip, expenses incurred during free activities, etc.), Personal expenses incurred during the trip (including non free meals on transportation, excess baggage, laundry, telephone, drinks, personal medical expenses for injuries, etc. during the stay) and tips. 3. Children aged 2-11 will be charged. This charge provides seats, parking spaces and dining spaces, but does not provide accommodation beds and tickets to the scenic spot (because the exact height of the child is unknown; the ticket office of the scenic spot has height signs for tourists to measure their actual height).
4. Infant charge: infants under 2 years old (excluding 2 years old) will be charged. This charge does not provide seats, parking spaces, dining spaces, beds and scenic spots.
5. Preferential offer for the elderly (holding a Chinese mainland resident ID card): 50 yuan/person will be discounted for adults aged 60-69; 72 yuan/person for adults over 70 years old; Preferential fees tourists have cash refunds for local tour guides in Beijing. Tourists are required to carry valid certificates such as Mainland China resident identity cards and government issued seniors' cards when leaving. If they cannot purchase preferential tickets for seniors at the local ticket purchasing points due to their own reasons, they cannot return or exchange the tickets with preferential rates. (Note: The seniors' discount is only applicable to those holding Chinese mainland resident identity cards. Foreign guests, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots do not enjoy this discount.)
Travel standard:
1. Accommodation:
Full stay: double standard room of three-star hotel. If there is a single man and single woman in hotel accommodation, the group members must follow the guide to arrange housing. Our company will arrange the same sex tourists to live together according to the order of registration. If the arrangement cannot be made after coordination, the tourists must make up the room difference and stay in the standard double room. (The difference between single rooms is 500 yuan for 4 nights.)
2. Meals:
Meals: The whole journey includes 4 mornings and 5 yuan (note: due to different eating habits in the north and south, tastes may be different, and some tourists may not be used to it, please forgive me).
Breakfast: The hotel room charge has included breakfast in Chinese style (the hotel breakfast includes steamed bread, side dishes, porridge, eggs, and special circumstances require a packed breakfast).
Dinner: regular meal: 20 yuan/person; (10-12 people/enclosure), eight dishes and one soup for dinner, four meat and four vegetable dishes, no drinks.
Specialty food: Quanjude Restaurant for 60 people, Summer Palace Tingli Restaurant (Fangshan Restaurant), and Dahaiwan Restaurant (Old Beijing Specialty Food) are specially arranged; Special meals are not refundable without eating.
3. Car use: air-conditioned travel car for the whole journey (9-55 seats are used according to the number of people, and each person has one main seat).
4. Shopping: The whole journey is not arranged into the designated tourist shopping spots.
5. Tour guide: regular tour guide with tour guide certificate issued by the state

The group is composed of 10 adults, and more than 25 people in a single group will be sent as full escorts (if the group is divided due to flight reasons, the number of people in a single group will prevail), and if the number of people is less than the number of people, the flight attendants will be sent.
6. During the tour, if the tourists leave the group for personal reasons, all the fees they have not incurred will not be refunded.
7. This itinerary is our comprehensive package price product. If you enjoy preferential tickets with valid certificates such as student card and officer card, the Beijing tour guide will be refunded at the purchase price.
