This standard is formulated to ensure the safe operation of amusement machines and amusement facilities in amusement parks (parks), prevent unsafe accidents, and provide safe, convenient, comfortable and efficient services for tourists.
The technical elements mentioned in this standard mainly include the requirements for the safety and service quality of amusement parks (venues), which must be clearly defined according to the characteristics that can be observed and need to be evaluated by tourists; The process of providing services must be regulated according to the characteristics that tourists cannot often observe but that directly affect safety and service performance; Safety and service quality can be evaluated by tourists through quantitative (measurable) or qualitative (comparable) methods. It is mainly based on the working procedures, safety and service operating procedures of the amusement park (field), with reference to relevant foreign materials.
Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D, Appendix E and Appendix F of this standard are all standard appendixes.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for safety measures and service quality of amusement parks (parks).
This standard is applicable to all kinds of amusement parks (fields) with amusement facilities equipped with amusement machines.
2 Reference standards
The following standards contain provisions that, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be bound. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards.

3 Definitions
The following definitions are adopted in this standard.
3.1 Amusement Park
It is equipped with amusement machines and amusement facilities to carry out various entertainment and amusement activities, mainly for tourists' entertainment and fitness.
3.2 Amusement facilities
In the amusement park (field), the modern mechanical facilities combination is used to carry tourists' amusement by means of track movement, slewing movement, hanging slewing, on site movement, indoor stationary movement, etc. For example: taxiing car, sightseeing car, swivel horse, air swivel chair, bumper car, photoelectric target shooting, etc.
3.3 Water recreation facilities
It is a facility that carries tourists to play on the water and is driven by mechanical power, human power or operated by tourists themselves. For example: bumper ships, pleasure boats, water bikes, water slides, etc.
3.4 Water World
An amusement park (field) is a place for tourists to swim or play in water. It is a special category in amusement parks.
3.5 Cultural and recreational facilities
Theaters, cinemas, concert halls, dance halls and related supporting facilities in the amusement park (venue).
3.6 Effective complaints from tourists
Tourists complain to the authorities above the county level, which is an effective complaint due to the fault of the amusement park (venue).
4 General
The basic requirements for the safety and service quality of the amusement park (site) can be summarized as follows: safety first, high-quality service, sanitation and good order.
4.1 Safety
4.1.1 Establish the idea of safety first and prevention first.
4.1.2 Provide necessary, sufficient and effective safety facilities to ensure the safe operation of amusement machines and amusement facilities.
4.1.3 Establish and improve various safety management systems and safety operation procedures, and ensure strict implementation.
4.1.4 Ensure the safety of tourists' life and property.
4.1.5 A complete repair and maintenance system shall be established for amusement machines and amusement facilities, with dedicated personnel responsible for it.
4.2 Services
4.2.1 Establish the tenet of "tourists first, quality service".
4.2.2 It is strictly prohibited to operate entertainment projects and recreational activities with unhealthy colors such as gambling, pornography, superstition and racial discrimination.
4.2.3 Implement standardized management and service.
4.2.4 Establish a service quality supervision and assurance system and conduct service quality assessment regularly.
4.3 Hygiene
4.3.1 The environment is clean and sanitary, and the color is harmonious.
4.3.2 Formulate various health systems and measures, and conduct various health inspections regularly.
4.3.3 Comply with various national and local government health regulations.
4.4 Order
4.4.1 Formulate amusement rules, guide tourists' activities, strengthen public security prevention, eliminate various potential accidents in a timely manner, and ensure good amusement order and public security in the venue.
4.4.2 Implement various work measures to ensure the normal operation of various mechanical facilities.
5 Service facilities
5.1 The purchase, installation, use and management of amusement machines, amusement facilities, water amusement facilities and Water World shall be carried out in accordance with GB 8408, the regulations on safety supervision and management of amusement machines and amusement facilities formulated by relevant national departments and the regulations on safety and health management of Water World. The use of these facilities and equipment shall be subject to the acceptance certificate issued by the technical inspection department.
5.2 Entertainment facilities
All cultural and entertainment facilities and equipment are in normal condition and in good performance. The site is well ventilated, with exit passageways for emergency evacuation of tourists, and emergency exit signs are set according to GB 2894; Lighting conditions shall comply with WH 0201.
5.3 Reception facilities
5.3.1 Ticket office
5.3.1.1 The ticket office should be set at a prominent position outside the main door, with a good and open surrounding environment, and equipped with shelter facilities and queue fences.
5.3.1.2 The number of ticket windows should be compatible with the number of tourists that the amusement park (venue) can accept.
5.3.1.3 Special ticket office shall be set up in the amusement park (field) to facilitate tourists to purchase tickets.
5.3.1.4 The ticket office shall publish the ticket price list, ticket purchase instructions, business hours, introduction to the amusement park (venue), project introduction, amusement instructions and other service guides to tourists.
5.3.2 Reception
5.3.2.1 The reception desk shall be set near the main door with obvious signs.
5.3.2.2 The reception desk shall be equipped with a special counter for group reception and receiving tourists' complaints, and a specially assigned person shall be on duty.
5.3.2.3 The indoor lighting, ventilation and other conditions in the reception area are good.
5.3.3 Baggage storage
5.3.3.1 The baggage storage area shall be located near the main entrance for tourists to deposit their baggage and other items.
5.3.3.2 Safe boxes (cabinets) shall be provided as appropriate, and valuables shall be kept.
5.3.3.3 The baggage storage office shall publish the storage instructions to tourists.
5.4 Inquiry service facilities
5.4.1 Inquiry service facilities including inquiry office, inquiry telephone and broadcasting room shall be set.
5.4.2 The inquiry service facilities shall be located near the main door, with obvious signs and special personnel on duty.
5.4.3 The broadcasting room can be connected to the reception for the convenience of tourists.
5.4.4 The broadcast content in the broadcasting room shall be accurately and clearly transmitted to all parts of the amusement park (field) and near the main gate.
5.5 Catering service facilities.
5.5.1 The layout and grade of restaurants and catering service points should be coordinated with the overall environment of the amusement park (field).
5.5.2 The scale and quantity of catering services should be consistent with the scale of the amusement park (venue) receiving tourists, and the varieties and specifications of food and drinks should meet the basic requirements of tourists.
5.5.3 The facilities and equipment shall be in good condition, the room shall be clean and tidy, fast food service can be provided, and if conditions permit, special flavor food and buffet service can be provided.
5.6 Shopping facilities
5.6.1 Tourist shopping malls (stores) and kiosks are clean, tidy and orderly.
5.6.2 It can provide souvenirs, handicrafts and other commodities with local characteristics.
5.7 Medical first aid facilities
5.7.1 The amusement park (field) shall be equipped with a clinic for tourists, with reasonable location and obvious signs.
5.7.2 Medical staff shall be on duty in the infirmary to diagnose, treat and rescue general sudden pain for tourists.
5.7.3 The infirmary shall be equipped with common rescue equipment, which can deal with the first aid of the wounded and sick in an emergency.
5.7.4 The infirmary shall be equipped with doctors with the professional title of doctor or above and well-trained nurses.
5.8 Utilities
5.8.1 Public toilet
5.8.1.1 Public toilets for male and female guests shall be set in the amusement park (field), and their number and distribution shall be consistent with the area of the amusement park (field) and the capacity of tourists.
5.8.1.2 The signs of the public toilet should be obvious, the indoor facilities should be complete, the squatting pit, the door, the water flush, the ventilation should be good, and the light should be bright.
5.8.1.3 There are passages for the disabled and male and female guest toilets for the disabled.
5.8.1.4 Hygiene requirements shall meet the requirements of Article 9.3.
5.8.2 Public telephone
The amusement park (field) should be equipped with public telephones, which are convenient and eye-catching, and the number should match the reception scale. If conditions permit, coin operated telephones or magnetic card telephones can be set. Public telephones shall be marked according to LB/T 001.
5.8.3 Parking lot
5.8.3.1 It is set near the main gate of the amusement park (field), and its scale is compatible with the reception scale of the amusement park (field). Set parking lot signs according to LB/T 001.
5.8.3.2 The ground of the parking lot is flat and marked with parking space signs.
5.8.3.3 The parking lot shall be managed and guided by a specially assigned person, and the vehicles shall be parked in order.
5.8.4 Lighting facilities
5.8.4.1 The main passageways and public places of amusement parks (fields) that open night spots shall be equipped with sufficient lighting equipment. All amusement machines and amusement facilities shall also have their own lighting.
5.8.4.2 Indoor public service facilities shall have sufficient lighting and emergency lighting equipment. Relevant requirements shall be implemented according to WH 0201.
5.8.5 Garbage can (container)
5.8.5.1 Garbage cans (bins) shall be set in the amusement park (site).
5.8.5.2 The quantity and layout shall be appropriate and reasonable.
5.8.5.3 The garbage can (container) body shall be intact and covered, and the surface shall be clean and free of stains. The garbage in the container shall be disposed in time.
5.8.5.4 The shape of the garbage can (container) is in harmony with the atmosphere of the amusement park (venue).
5.8.6 Rest facilities
The amusement park (field) shall be equipped with seats for tourists to rest. The seats are equipped with sunshades according to the regional seasonal climate needs. The color, color, weight and shape of the seats and awnings should be coordinated with the main facilities of the amusement park (field).
5.9 Information indicating facilities
5.9.1 The amusement park (site) shall be equipped with guide maps, guide signs and public information graphic signs.
5.9.2 Public information graphic symbol signs shall be set according to GB 10001, GB 3818, and LB/T 001.
5.9.3 Safety signs
5.9.3.1 Safety signs shall be set in places and locations related to safety according to GB 2894.
5.9.3.2 Safety signs shall be set up at eye-catching positions, which shall be clear and legible, and shall not be set on movable objects, so as to avoid that safety signs cannot be seen after these objects move.
5.9.3.3 All safety signs shall be checked at any time. In case of deformation, damage or discoloration, they shall be repaired or replaced in time.
5.9.3.4 Indoor projects shall be provided with eye-catching entrance and exit signs.
5.9.4 Guidance signs
5.9.4.1 The Notice to Tourists in both Chinese and English should be set up at a prominent position near the main gate.
5.9.4.2 Guide signs shall be set at proper positions for each main channel and intersection.
5.9.4.3 At the entrance of each amusement project, the Amusement Rules of the project shall be set in a prominent place.
5.9.4.4 The contents of guide signs, indicators and instruction boards are accurate, the characters are standard, the writing is clear, the symbols are standard, the surface is free of floating dust, and there is no missing sentences or words caused by paint peeling.
6 Safety System and Measures
6.1 The amusement park (site) shall pay special attention to safety management, put safety work on the important agenda, and cultivate the safety awareness of all staff.
6.2 Establish and improve various safety systems, including safety management system, all-weather duty system of amusement park (field), regular safety inspection system and inspection content requirements, safety operation regulations of amusement project, safety requirements of water amusement, and safety accident registration and reporting system.
6.3 Safety management
6.3.1 Establish a sound and efficient safety management organization (safety committee), and define the safety responsibilities of all levels and posts.
6.3.2 Carry out regular safety training and safety education activities.
6.3.3 Regularly organize the safety inspection of the whole amusement park (venue) by year, season, month, before holidays and peak season.
6.3.4 Establish safety inspection files, fill in inspection files for each inspection, and the original inspection records shall be signed and filed by the responsible person.
6.4 Employee safety
6.4.1 Those who do not hold professional and technical work license shall not operate live equipment and recreational facilities.
6.4.2 Employees shall dress safely; Safety equipment such as safety helmet and safety rope must be worn when working at height or in the project, and the operation must be carried out in strict accordance with regulations.
6.4.3 Employees shall work in strict accordance with the safety service operating procedures.
6.4.4 Keep the work area clean and tidy to ensure safe operation.
6.5 Tourist safety
6.5.1 Before the start of the amusement activities, tourists should be instructed in safety knowledge and safety matters, specifically guiding tourists to use the amusement facilities correctly, to ensure that tourists master the safety essentials of the amusement activities.
6.5.2 If some amusement activities have requirements for tourists' health conditions or are not suitable for patients with certain diseases to participate, they should be announced in the form of "warning" at the beginning of the activity.
6.5.3 In the process of recreation, tourists should pay close attention to their safety status, timely remind them to pay attention to safety matters, timely correct their behaviors that do not meet safety requirements, and eliminate potential safety hazards.
6.5.4 In case of safety accidents of tourists, rescue measures shall be taken according to the specified procedures, and the aftermath shall be handled carefully and responsibly.
6.6 Safety facilities
6.6.1 All recreation places and public areas shall be provided with safe passages to keep them unblocked at all times.
6.6.2 All amusement areas, except closed ones, shall be provided with safety fences according to GB 8408.
6.6.3 Fire prevention equipment shall be set up in strict accordance with fire control regulations, managed by specially assigned person, and inspected regularly.
6.6.4 There shall be alarm facilities, and alarm and fire telephone signs shall be set according to GB 13495.
6.6.5 The open water world shall be equipped with lightning protection devices.
6.6.6 There are safe passages and facilities for the disabled.
6.6.7 There are first-aid facilities and equipment for handling accidents.
6.7 Safety and rescue measures
6.7.1 Strengthen safety inspection. In addition to routine inspection before daily, weekly, monthly, holiday and peak season, equipment and facilities must be overhauled once a year as required. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment with faults.
6.7.2 The routine safety inspection before daily operation shall be conscientious and responsible, and the safety inspection record system shall be established. Facilities and equipment without the signature of safety inspectors cannot be put into operation.
6.7.3 Make detailed records of safe operation status. It is strictly prohibited to use amusement facilities and equipment beyond the safety period to carry passengers.
6.7.4 In case of severe weather or mechanical failure of recreation and amusement facilities, emergency and contingency measures must be taken. The suspension shall be announced to the public.
6.7.5 Provide security personnel to maintain the order of the amusement park (venue) and stop public security disputes.
6.7.6 All employees of the amusement park (site) must receive fire rehearsal training and mechanical danger elimination training, and master relevant emergency handling measures.
7 Safety operation requirements
7.1 Basic requirements for daily operation of amusement machines and amusement facilities
7.1.1 Safety inspection shall be carried out before daily operation. See Table A1 of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) for inspection contents.
7.1.2 Test run the machine at least twice before business, and start business after confirming that everything is normal.
7.1.3 Requirements for safe operation in business:
7.1.3.1 Introduce the amusement rules, amusement machine operation methods and relevant precautions to tourists in detail. Tourists who do not meet the conditions for ride on amusement machines are not allowed to participate in recreational activities.
7.1.3.2 Guide tourists to correctly sit on the high-altitude rotating amusement machine. It is strictly prohibited to overload, do not bias the load, and fasten the safety belt.
7.1.3.3 Maintain the order of amusement and entertainment, dissuade tourists from staying away from the safety fence, and keep the upstream and downstream art machines in good order.
7.1.3.4 Before starting the machine, ring the bell to remind you that the machine can be started again after confirming that there is no danger.
7.1.3.5 When the amusement machine is in operation, the operator is strictly prohibited from leaving the post without authorization.
7.1.3.6 Pay close attention to the tourists and stop the unsafe behaviors of individual tourists in time.
7.1.4 Post business safety inspection:
7.1.4.1 Arrange, clean and check all loads, auxiliary equipment and playground to ensure that they are orderly, clean and free from potential safety hazards.
7.1.4.2 Keep a record of the operation of recreation equipment on the day.
7.2 Amusement machines and amusement facilities shall be regularly repaired and maintained, and safety inspection shall be carried out. The safety inspection is divided into weekly, monthly, semi annual and annual inspections. See Appendix A (standard appendix) for inspection contents.
7.3 Safety Measures for Water World
7.3.1 The Amusement Rules of various water recreation projects should be announced at obvious places. The broadcast should be repeated to remind tourists to pay attention to safety and prevent accidents.
7.3.2 For the parts prone to danger, there should be obvious warning signs to remind tourists.
7.3.3 Each water amusement project shall be equipped with a monitoring station, with special personnel on duty. The number and location of the monitoring stations shall be able to see clearly the scope of the whole pool.
7.3.4 Provide enough lifeguards as required. Lifeguards must meet the requirements of relevant departments, have received special training, master the knowledge and skills of life saving, and work with certificates.
7.3.5 The ground in the world over water shall be free of ponding, broken glass and other sharp objects.
7.3.6 Report weather changes to tourists at any time. Provide safe places for tourists to shelter from wind and rain or take other protective measures.
7.3.7 All staff shall be familiar with the places in each area of the site, and have basic rescue knowledge and skills.
7.3.8 Set up a duty room with watchmen.
7.3.9 An infirmary shall be set up, equipped with doctors with the professional title of doctor or above, trained medical staff and first-aid facilities.
7.3.10 Use chemicals safely.
7.3.11 Dust the water surface and pool bottom once a day before business.
7.3.12 All facilities with certain dangerous projects shall undergo trial operation before daily operation.
7.3.13 Regularly check the water quality every day.
7.3.14 The standards of safety, sanitation and water quality shall comply with the provisions of GB 8408, GB 9667, GB 5749, GB 9665 and the Water World Safety and Health Management Measures.
8 Service quality requirements
8.1 Basic requirements
Stick to the post, stand up for service, never leave the post, never leave the post.
8.1.1 Appearance
8.1.1.1 Wear work clothes, dress neatly and wear service signs.
8.1.1.2 Be dignified and generous, stable, responsive, familiar with etiquette, energetic, natural and kind.
8.1.2 Behaviour
Be polite and dignified.
8.1.3 Language
8.1.3.1 The language is polite, concise, popular and clear.
8.1.3.2 Speak Mandarin and be able to serve foreign guests in foreign languages.
8.1.3.3 There should be "address" service, and tourists should be addressed with polite address.
8.1.4 Attitude
8.1.4.1 Be polite, smile service, warm, friendly, sincere, patient and considerate, and provide active service.
8.1.4.2 Treat guests equally and politely, regardless of race, nationality, nationality, religious belief, rich or poor, close or distant.
8.1.4.3 Respect the national customs and religious beliefs of tourists without harming national dignity.
8.1.4.4 Answer all questions. Answer questions quickly and accurately. If the problem raised by the guest cannot be solved, patiently explain it.
8.1.5 Skills
8.1.5.1 Strict post training must be carried out before work.
8.1.5.2 On duty personnel shall be proficient in their own business knowledge and operating skills.
8.1.6 Professional ethics
It shall abide by the relevant national professional ethics for tourism. Be polite, provide quality service, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and enterprises.
8.2 Machine service
8.2.1 Amusement machines, amusement facilities, water amusement facilities and water world services shall meet the requirements of Article 7.1 and 7.3.
8.2.2 During the service, tourists should always be observed and guided to play safely.
8.2.3 Try to help tourists solve difficulties.
8.3 Ticket selling service
8.3.1 The conductor shall be familiar with the price and usage of various tickets.
8.3.2 The ticket selling shall be fast and accurate, and the error rate shall not exceed 5/10000.
8.3.3 Establish a registration system for important guests and group guests, and timely transmit information and special service requirements to relevant departments.
8.4 Gate guard service
8.4.1 The entrance and exit of the amusement park (venue), as well as the main entertainment places and other service places in the amusement park (venue), such as cinemas, dance halls, clubs, bars, tea houses and recreation rooms, shall be provided with gatekeepers to receive and dredge tourists to ensure unimpeded access. During the peak period of tourists entering the site, additional on-site staff should be added to assist the gatekeeper.
8.4.2 The gatekeeper on duty shall be familiar with the use methods of various tickets specified by the amusement park (venue), and accept tickets quickly and accurately; Actively and correctly guide group tourists to enter in order.
8.4.3 Provide special services for important guests and guests with special requirements.
8.4.4 Be able to provide group reception services.
8.5 Inquiry service
8.5.1 Keep abreast of amusement trends and accurately answer tourists' inquiries.
8.5.2 Stand up when receiving inquiries. When receiving telephone inquiries, the bell should not ring more than three times and the name of the unit should be notified first.
8.6 Broadcasting service
8.6.1 Mandarin and foreign language broadcasting shall be used; When broadcasting in local language, the broadcasting content shall be replayed in Mandarin.
8.6.2 Broadcasting shall be clear, uniform and accurate.
8.6.3 The broadcast content (including music and songs played) is healthy.
8.6.4 Broadcast missing person and object notices for tourists.
8.7 Baggage storage service
8.7.1 The baggage keeper shall ensure that there are no inflammable, explosive, toxic and other dangerous goods or other contraband when receiving the baggage delivered by tourists.
8.7.2 The identity documents of tourists shall be carefully checked and the registration shall be well done when receiving and issuing the luggage.
8.7.3 Count the number of luggage handed in and posted by the guest, and handle the storage procedures.
8.7.4 Handle gently, accurately and quickly.
8.7.5 Valuables shall be kept in a special safe with a special key. The delivery and receipt of articles must be checked and confirmed by both the deliverer and the service personnel.
8.7.6 Tourists shall ensure the safety of the surrounding environment when they deposit or withdraw their luggage and articles. In case of power failure at night, the storage shall be suspended to ensure safety.
8.8 Catering services
8.8.1 The business hours of restaurants and catering service outlets shall adapt to the opening hours of amusement parks (venues).
8.8.2 Food hygiene shall meet the requirements of Article 9.12.
8.9 Tourism shopping services
8.9.1 The display windows and counters of tourist malls (stores) and kiosks are reasonably arranged, and the display is both artistic and convenient for tourists to buy first.
8.9.2 The service personnel shall be familiar with and master the performance, place of origin and characteristics of the commodities being promoted, actively and enthusiastically introduce the commodities to tourists, and the service shall be full of questions and answers.
8.9.3 Ensure the quality of drinks, tea, commodities, handicrafts and tourist souvenirs sold are qualified. Do not sell fake and inferior goods, do not cheat tourists, and clearly mark prices.
8.9.4 The sanitation of shopping malls (stores) and kiosks shall meet the requirements of Article 9.13.
8.10 Cultural and entertainment services
8.10.1 Cultural entertainment projects are rich in national and local characteristics.
8.10.2 According to the local natural and cultural resources, develop folk festivals and artistic performances to provide healthy entertainment, leisure and fitness activities for tourists.
8.10.3 The content of cultural and recreational activities is civilized, healthy, suitable for national conditions, and ethical. Creating and cultivating aesthetic interests that conform to social public morality is beneficial to the physical and mental health of teenagers and the public.
8.10.4 Keep the site clean, well ventilated and in order.
8.11 Medical emergency service
8.11.1 The infirmary shall be kept clean and quiet.
8.11.2 Medical staff must stick to their posts and be responsible.
8.11.3 Adhere to the routine diagnosis and treatment, and strictly prevent medical accidents.
8.11.4 In case of accidental injury accident in the site, medical personnel shall rush to the accident site immediately to carry out emergency rescue for the wounded and sick.
9 Hygiene and environmental requirements
9.1 The amusement park (site) shall be clean and tidy, and the square, ground, pavement and service facilities shall be free of garbage, sputum and mosquito rope; The lawn and flower bed shall be free of sundries and ponding.
9.2 There should be no sanitary dead space, clothes drying and sundries piling up in the recreation area; The water surface shall be free of floating dirt, the construction site shall be covered, the materials shall be stacked neatly, and there shall be no waste.
9.3 Public toilet
9.3.1 The equipment and facilities shall be intact, free from defects and water leakage.
9.3.2 There are no mosquitoes, flies and dirt in the room, and the walls, partitions, doors and windows are clean without depiction.
9.3.3 The urinal shall be washed in time to ensure that it is clean, free of dirt and odor.
9.4 Environmental protection
9.4.1 The environmental noise standard shall comply with GB 3096.
9.4.2 The layout of the amusement park (site) is reasonable, the environment is fresh and beautiful, and there are no high grass areas and green abandoned areas.
9.5 The sunshade or seat for tourists to rest shall be free from damage.
9.6 The buildings and structures in the park should be coordinated with the scenic spots.
9.7 The stalls set in front of and inside the amusement park (field) shall be managed in a unified way and positioned in an orderly manner. There should be no act of following tourists and selling goods by force.
9.8 The parking lot is clean and flat, and the vehicles are arranged orderly.
9.9 Amusement machines and amusement facilities sanitation.
9.9.1 The appearance is bright and the surface is free of rust.
9.9.2 The machine platform, shed roof, platform roof and surrounding areas shall be clean and free of sundries.
9.9.3 The bearing floor shall be free of sundries and vomitus, and the seats shall be free of stains.
9.9.4 The places where tourists are waiting for recreation shall be free of cigarette butts, paper scraps and sundries, and the fences shall be free of floating dust and water drops.
9.9.5 The doors and windows of the machine console operating room (pavilion) are bright without traces, the ceiling corner is free of cobwebs, and the tools are placed in order.
9.10 Water World Sanitation
Pool water filtration, purification and disinfection facilities with corresponding capacity shall be set, and the water quality standard and sanitation management shall be implemented in accordance with GB 9667.
9.11 The sanitary standards and management of the buildings, structures and other recreational facilities or cultural and entertainment facilities in the amusement park (playground) shall comply with GB 9664.
9.12 The hygiene of restaurants and catering service outlets shall meet the requirements of national laws, regulations and standards.
9.13 The sanitary standards and management of shopping malls (stores) and kiosks shall comply with GB 9670.
9.14 Specially assigned persons shall be responsible for the sanitary cleaning, maintenance, cleaning and greening maintenance of the amusement park (site).
10 Service quality assurance and supervision
10.1 Establish service quality and safety assurance system
In accordance with GB/T 19004.2 and GB 8408, the amusement park (field) will establish a service quality and safety assurance system suitable for the operation of the enterprise, and form operable rules and regulations as a means to achieve the specified service quality, safety measures and business management objectives.
10.1.1 Establish a service quality assurance system according to Appendix B (Appendix to the Standard).
10.1.2 Establish a safe operation assurance system according to Appendix C (standard appendix).
10.1.3 The safety maintenance assurance system shall be established according to Appendix D (standard appendix).
10.1.4 Establish a safety management assurance system according to Appendix E (Appendix to the Standard).
10.1.5 The safety assurance system for operation test shall be established according to Appendix F (standard appendix).
