This standard is formulated to ensure that the quantity and quality of guest supplies in star rated hotels are commensurate with the star level of the hotel, and further improve the service quality of star rated hotels.
This standard is based on the GB/T 14308-1993 Classification and Evaluation of Star Levels of Tourist Hotels Involving Foreign Affairs. It has refined and individually adjusted and supplemented the requirements for guest supplies. At the same time, it has put forward the basic requirements for the quantity and quality of guest supplies according to the star levels of hotels. This standard, as the supporting standard for star rating and review of foreign hotels, is the minimum requirement that star hotels should meet.
The technical content of this standard is mainly proposed for the typical standard rooms (ordinary double rooms) in star rated hotels. The guest supplies of other types of guest rooms in star rated hotels (such as presidential suite, luxury suite, single room, triple room, etc.) can refer to this standard.
Appendix A of this standard is the standard appendix.

1 Scope
This standard proposes the variety, quantity, specification, packaging, logo and technical indicators of guest supplies for star rated hotels.
This standard is applicable to star rated hotels of all grades and categories in China. This standard can be referred to for foreign hotels that have not been rated as star level.
2 Reference standards

3 Definitions
The following definitions are adopted in this standard.
3.1 Star rated hotel
The tourism administration department has evaluated the hotel according to GB/T 14308 and obtained the star rating of tourism foreign-related hotel.
3.2 Guestroom supplies and amenities
Various daily necessities and reminders that are closely related to the life and safety of guests are provided in the guest rooms. The basic characteristics of daily necessities are disposable, one customer for one use or one day for one change.
4 Allocation requirements for first and second star hotels
4.1 Towels

High quality wood products are mainly used, and there are at least four suit racks, trousers racks and skirt racks in each room. Five star can also be equipped with a few satin hangers or floor hangers.

7 Basic quality requirements
7.1 Towels
All cotton, mainly white, solid color subject to fadeless, colorless flower, no color difference, soft feel, good water absorption, no stain, no obvious damage defects. Comply with FZ/T 62006. Ordinary towel yarn: ground warp yarn 21s/2, wool warp yarn 21s/s, weft yarn 21s; High quality towel yarn: ground warp 32s/2, wool warp 32s/2, weft 32s.
Note: 21s=29tex, 32s=18tex.
7.1.1 Bath towel
a) First and second star specifications: not less than 1200mm × 600mm, weight not less than 400g.
b) Three star specification: no less than 1300mm × 700mm, and the weight is no less than 500g.
c) Four and five-star specifications: no less than 1400mm × 800mm, and the weight is no less than 600g.
7.1.2 Face towel
a) First and second star specifications: no less than 550mm × 300mm, and the weight is no less than 110g.
b) Three star specification: not less than 600mm × 300mm, weight not less than 120g.
c) Four and five-star specifications: not less than 700mm × 350mm, weight not less than 140g.
7.1.3 Floor towel
a) First and second star specifications: not less than 650mm × 350mm, weight not less than 280g.
b) Three star specification: not less than 700mm × 400mm, weight not less than 320g.
c) Four and five-star specifications: no less than 750mm × 450mm, and the weight is no less than 350g.
7.1.4 Square towel
a) Three star specification: not less than 300mm × 300mm, weight not less than 45g.
b) Four and five-star specifications: no less than 320mm × 320mm, and the weight is no less than 55g.
7.1.5 Bathrobe
Cotton or silk products. Soft, comfortable and warm.
7.2 Cushion
It is flat, elastic and free from dirt.
7.2.1 First and second star
Specification: not less than 1900 mm × 900 mm.
7.2.2 Three star level
Specification: not less than 2000mm × 1000mm.
7.2.3 Four and five-star
Specification: not less than 2000mm × 100mm.
7.3 Bedding
7.3.1 Bed sheet
Cotton, mainly white, with smooth and clean cloth surface, good air permeability, no defects, no stains. It shall comply with FZ/T 62007.
a) First and second stars: the yarn count shall not be less than 20s, the warp and weft density shall not be less than 6060, and the length and width shall be greater than 600mm of cushion.
b) Three star grade: the yarn count is more than 20s, the warp and weft density is not less than 6060, and the length and width should be greater than 700mm of cushion.
c) Four and five-star: the yarn count shall not be less than 32s, the density of longitude and latitude shall not be less than 6080, and the length and width shall be greater than 700mm of cushion.
Note: 20s=29tex, 32s=18tex. 6060=236/236， 6080=236/318.5。
7.3.2 Pillow core
Soft and comfortable, elastic, no odor.
a) First and second star: the specification is not less than 650mm × 350mm.
b) Three star level: the specification is not less than 700mm × 400mm.
c) Four and five-star: the specification is not less than 750mm × 450mm.
7.3.3 Pillow case
All cotton, mainly white, with smooth and clean cloth surface, no obvious defects, no stains, and the specification matches the pillow core.
a) First and second star: the yarn count shall not be less than 20s, and the warp and weft density shall not be less than 6060.
b) Three star grade: yarn count more than 20s, warp and weft density more than 6060.
c) Four and five-star: the yarn count shall not be less than 32s, and the warp and weft density shall not be less than 6080.
7.3.4 Blanket
Mainly plain color, soft feel, good warmth retention, flame retardant, moth proof, no stain. The specification and size match the bed sheet. Shall comply with FZ 61001.
a) One or two stars: wool blended or pure wool products.
b) Three star: mainly pure wool products.
c) Four, five-star: worsted pure wool products.
7.3.5 Bed cover
The appearance is neat, the line is uniform, the edge seam is neat, no broken thread, no pilling, no stain, no fading, after flame retardant treatment, the interlayer can use stereotyped cotton or hollow cotton.
a) First and second stars: mainly decorative fabric.
b) Three star: mainly high-quality decorative fabric.
c) Four or five-star: high-grade fabrics, mainly high-quality decorative fabrics or silk fabrics.
7.3.6 Spare thin cotton quilt (or spare blanket)
High quality quilt core, soft and comfortable, good heat preservation performance, no stain.
7.3.7 Gasket
It has good water absorption, can effectively prevent the penetration of pollutants, and can be fixed and matched with the cushion. It can use stereotyped cotton or hollow cotton.
a) First and second star: the specification shall not be less than 1900mm × 900mm.
b) Three star level: the specification is not less than 2000mm × 1000mm.
c) Four and five-star: the specification shall not be less than 2000mm × 100mm.
7.4 Sanitary products
7.4.1 Toilet soap
Pure fragrance, uniform organization, consistent color, clear pattern and writing, no powder particles, no softening and corruption, within the warranty period. It shall comply with the provisions of GB 8113.
a) One or two stars: simple packaging.
b) Three star level: refined packaging, printed with the store name and logo in Chinese and English, or placed in exquisite soap boxes.
c) Four, five-star: luxury packaging, printed with Chinese and English store name and logo, or in luxury soap boxes.
7.4.2 Bath lotion, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion
The viscosity is moderate, no odor, the package is intact, no leakage, and the store name and logo in both Chinese and English are printed, within the warranty period. It shall comply with the provisions of GB 11432, ZBY 42003 and GB 11431.
a) One or two stars: simple package or simple container.
b) Three star level: exquisite packaging or containers.
c) Four or five stars: luxury packaging or luxury containers.
7.4.3 Toothbrush
The bristles are mainly nylon wire, and materials harmful to human body, such as polypropylene wire, shall not be used. The brush hair is clean, soft and neat, and the hair bunch is empty and full; The brush head and handle are smooth, comfortable to handle, and have certain bending resistance. The logo is clear, sealed and printed with the store name and logo in both Chinese and English. Other technical indicators shall comply with the provisions of QB 1659.
a) One or two stars: simple packaging.
b) Three star level: high-quality toothbrush, exquisite packaging.
c) Four, five-star: high-quality toothbrush, luxury packaging.
Note: Assembled toothbrushes are not suitable for hotels above three-star level (including three-star level).
7.4.4 Toothpaste
The fragrance is pure, the paste is moist, even, delicate, and the color is consistent. The essence and pigment used must comply with GB 8372 and other relevant regulations. The patterns and characters are clear, without extrusion deformation, leakage and dirt. Within the warranty period.
7.4.5 Mouthwash cup
Glass or ceramic products have beautiful and upright shape, round mouth and flat inner wall. Clean and disinfect every day.
7.4.6 Bath cap
It is mainly made of plastic film products, which are clean and undamaged, with appropriate tightness of brim, good heat resistance and impermeable.
a) One or two stars: simple packaging.
b) Three star level: mainly in carton packaging, it is better to print the store name and logo in both Chinese and English.
c) Four or five star: exquisite box, printed with Chinese and English store name and logo.
7.4.7 Toilet paper
White, soft paper, uniform fiber, good water absorption, no impurities, no damage, and sanitary paper of ZBY 39001 grade A and above.
7.4.8 Sanitary bag
Opaque plastic products or waterproof paper products shall be clean, not easily damaged, and the signs shall be clear.
7.4.9 Slippers
It is comfortable to wear, convenient to walk, and has good anti-skid performance, at least with store logo.
a) One or two stars: disposable simple slippers with certain fastness.
b) Three star level: mainly textiles, depending on the texture of raw materials, one change per day or one change per customer.
c) Four or five stars: high quality slippers, one for each customer.
7.4.10 Dirt bucket
It is used to place garbage and sundries. The dirt shall not leak, and the materials shall have flame retardancy.
7.4.11 Comb
The comb body is complete, smooth, even in thickness, and the teeth are smooth, not too sharp. The comb handle is printed with the store name and logo in both Chinese and English.
a) One or two stars: simple packaging.
b) Three star level: exquisite sealed packaging.
c) Four, five-star: luxury packaging. Five star can be divided into coarse and fine combs. Wooden comb should be used for five-star.
7.4.12 Shower curtain
It is mainly made of plastic film or umbrella silk, without stain and mildew.
7.4.13 Anti slip pad
Mainly rubber products, with large friction and good anti-skid performance.
7.4.14 Laundry bag
Mainly plastic products or cotton and linen products, clean and undamaged, with store name and logo printed in Chinese and English.
7.4.15 Facial tissue paper
Mainly white, the paper is soft and easy to use, and it is of Grade A in ZBY32032.
7.4.16 Shaver
The cutting edge is fast and smooth, shaving is comfortable and safe, and the sealed package is printed with the store name and logo in both Chinese and English.
7.4.17 Nail file
The sand surface is even, the particles are fine, there is no desanding phenomenon, and there is casing or sealing.
7.4.18 Cotton ball and cotton swab
The cotton is sterilized, and the cotton head is tightly wrapped and sealed.
7.4.19 Bath salt (foam agent, soda salt)
Elegant fragrance, mineral content, rich foam.
7.5 Stationery
7.5.1 Stationery clamp (rack)
The goods are intact, eye-catching, easy to take and place, and printed with the store name and logo in Chinese and English.
a) One or two stars: ordinary materials.
b) Three star: high-quality materials.
c) Four, five-star: advanced materials.
7.5.2 Envelopes and postcards
The envelope shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 1416. Printed with store logo and store name, address, postal code, telephone number and fax number in both Chinese and English. Postcards should be meaningful for tourism promotion.
7.5.3 Letter paper and notes
The paper shall be even, the cutting edge shall be neat, and the shop logo, shop name, address, postal code, telephone number and fax number in both Chinese and English shall be printed.
a) First and second stars: paper shall not be less than 50g paper.
b) Three star grade: paper not less than 60g.
c) Four, five-star: paper not less than 70g paper.
7.5.4 Ball point pen
The writing is smooth without oil leakage, and the pen holder is printed with the store name and logo.
7.5.5 Pencil
For graphite pencils, HB is the best lead, which can be used by guests after being rolled and sharpened.
7.5.6 Note clip
It is intact, flat and easy to use, and can be printed with the store name and logo in Chinese and English.
7.6 Service reminder supplies
7.6.1 Service guide, telephone instructions, accommodation instructions and delivery menu
Beautiful printing, clear instructions, accurate content, both in Chinese and English. A five-star city map is recommended.
7.6.2 TV program list, price list, guest opinion list, fire prevention guide
The columns are clearly and completely arranged in both Chinese and English.
7.6.3 Prompt signs and tags
Exquisite printing, eye-catching writing, clear description, convenient hanging, both in Chinese and English.
7.6.4 Laundry list and beverage list
Carbon free copying, clear columns, accurate content, clearly marked prices, in both Chinese and English.
7.7 Drinks and drinking utensils
7.7.1 Tea
It shall be dry, clean, and free of peculiar smell. It must be packaged or stored in containers and marked with the category of tea.
7.7.2 Tea cup (hot cup)
