6. What are the consequences of violating the rules?

The arbitration shall be conducted in Chongqing, and the arbitration award can be submitted to any court with jurisdiction for enforcement. During the arbitration, you or Landscape Tourism Yellow Pages may seek any temporary or preliminary remedial measures, including but not limited to property preservation or evidence preservation measures, from the court with jurisdiction in Chongqing to protect your or Landscape Tourism Yellow Pages' rights or property.
