Hard disk: media is write protected! Release read-only mode through Diskpart command

Hard disk: media is write protected! Use the Diskpart command to remove the read-only mode. It is a read-only problem after a few simple steps!

Use the Diskpart command to remove the disk write protection. This applies to the case where the attribute of your hard disk is set to read-only.

Step 1. Press "Windows+R" at the same time to open the "Run" dialog box.

Step 2. Enter "diskpart" and press "Enter".

Step 3. Type the following command lines and press Enter after each command line.

• list disk

• Select disk n (Select disk n, "n" is the disk number of your hard disk.)

• attributes disk clear readonly
