5. Pre detection and 14 day closed-loop management of landing crew.
(2) For passengers on flights after May 30, 2022 (inclusive), the last nucleic acid test before boarding must be carried out within 24 hours before the flight takes off, and must be limited to 12 specially designated institutions that meet the test standards and timeliness requirements (click to read the original text for reference, and other specially designated institutions in other regions will join when conditions are met); After applying for a health code, a rapid antigen test must be carried out 12 hours before the flight takes off, and a report must be submitted to the airline when checking in. It is not necessary to submit it to our library; All inspections before travel can be carried out across the leading area.
(3) Since May 30, 2022, the code application process of personnel with a history of infection has changed, and the corresponding pre trip detection and code application can be carried out according to the requirements of ordinary personnel only after the health observation for at least 2 natural months has been carried out since the next day of the second nucleic acid detection sampling confirmed after recovery. From May 30, mail pre review will not be accepted.
According to the development of the epidemic situation and the characteristics of the virus mutation, the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Sweden will make the following adjustments to the requirements for health code application for personnel from Sweden to China from now on:
1、 "Dinuclear acid test" is carried out for all staff
1. No matter whether or not vaccinated or what kind of vaccine is vaccinated, all personnel from Switzerland to China need to carry out "binucleic acid" testing, that is, nucleic acid testing should be carried out 48 hours and 12 hours before the flight takes off in the testing institutions designated by the embassy and consulate, and the two tests should be carried out in different institutions or with different reagents.
2. Cancel the detection of serum IgM antibody (containing N protein).
3. It is no longer necessary to submit the vaccination statement;
4. Considering the flight schedule and the working hours of the detection agency, passengers from Switzerland to China can also use the method of "two nucleic acid tests+one antigen test". The time requirement is that the first nucleic acid test should be within 48 hours before boarding, the second nucleic acid test should be within 24 hours before boarding, and the antigen test should be within 12 hours before boarding. Only those whose test results are negative can take the flight.
2、 Cancel or shorten the isolation observation time limit
1. The isolation observation 14 days before the trip is cancelled, and the self health monitoring form is not required. We still encourage everyone to strengthen protection and self health monitoring before leaving.
2. After landing in Ruili, the crew members shall carry out nucleic acid testing and apply for health codes according to the requirements of ordinary personnel going to China, instead of requiring 14 days of isolation.
3. The time limit for closed loop observation management of Chinese enterprise personnel has been shortened from 21 days to 10 days. When applying for a health code, the enterprise certificate must be uploaded.
3、 There is no longer a requirement to provide lung CT or X-ray examination report for the rehabilitation prequalification of the former infected persons
The Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Sweden once again reminded everyone to continue to adhere to the principle of "unnecessary, non urgent, no travel" and try to avoid long-distance or cross-border travel. The embassy and consulate will dynamically adjust the relevant requirements according to the epidemic situation and overseas import situation. Personnel going to China must strictly carry out personal protection before and during travel, adhere to self health monitoring before travel, and avoid detention due to positive test before boarding or input after entry.
The official website of the Chinese Embassy in the United States updated the latest notice of personnel going to China, which said:
According to the requirements of the domestic competent authorities, from May 20, 2022, when the embassy in the United States reviews the health code, the following rules will apply:
(1) Cancel nucleic acid test 7 days before boarding.
(2) Cancel the requirement of self health monitoring and encourage self health monitoring before going.
(3) All passengers, whether vaccinated with inactivated vaccine, non inactivated vaccine or not, will be tested with "binuclear acid" within 48 hours before travel, and no IgM antibody test is required. In "binuclear acid", it is still necessary to cross use different laboratories, one of which must be within 24 hours before boarding.
(4) The landing crew cancels the additional isolation requirements and adopts the same standards as the ordinary personnel going to China.
The Chinese Consulate General in Canada also updated on May 18, Canada time today: since May 21, 2022 (including that day), the pre departure testing requirements for all personnel taking direct flights from Canada to China have been adjusted as follows: the pre nucleic acid testing, serum antibody testing, and lung CT or X-ray testing requirements for previously infected personnel 7 days before boarding have been cancelled, All personnel shall conduct two nucleic acid tests and one antigen test before boarding.
● Cancel nucleic acid pre-test 7 days before boarding

● Cancellation of CT or X-ray detection requirements for lungs of previously infected persons
On May 19, the official of the Chinese Embassy in the United Kingdom announced the Notice on the Latest Regulations on the Application of Health Codes by People Going to China from the United Kingdom
Source: Official website of the Chinese Embassy in the UK
Since May 19, passengers from the UK to China do not need to have a nucleic acid test a week before returning home (that is, the first test on the 7th day), nor do they need to take blood for IgM antibody (including N protein) test before takeoff. No matter whether the vaccine is vaccinated or not, and what kind of vaccine is vaccinated, it only needs to carry out the binuclear acid test within 48 hours.
The previous policy was: 7 days of first test+binuclear acid was required for domestic vaccines (such as Sinovac and Sinopharm);
Those who have been vaccinated with foreign vaccines (such as Ruihui, Modena) or those who have not been vaccinated need 7 days of first test+nucleic acid antibody double test.
In addition, there is no need to provide X-ray or CT photos for passengers who have previously been infected with new crowns. The old policy needs such proof, and the review time is long, so it needs to be prepared in advance.
In addition, the Chinese embassies in South Korea, Cote d'Ivoire, Poland, Ireland, Rwanda, Spain, Denmark, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Algeria, Russia, Egypt, Cambodia and other countries have recently issued a notice on the simplification of the return process. You can check the latest notice on the official website or official official account of the Chinese Embassy in your country.

According to the epidemic situation and the characteristics of virus variation, the pre travel testing requirements for personnel departing from Australia to China are adjusted and will take effect on May 20, 2022. Passengers who take flights to China on or after May 20 shall comply with the regulations.
1、 All passengers (including those who have been fully vaccinated with inactivated vaccine, non inactivated vaccine, non vaccinated and incompletely vaccinated) must carry out two nucleic acid tests 48 hours before boarding (must be carried out in two testing institutions with different names) without IgM antibody serum tests (including N protein S protein antibody test).
2、 The second nucleic acid test must be completed on the day of flight departure (within 12 hours), and the report is checked by the airline. It does not need to be uploaded to the health code review platform. Please be sure to carry the paper report with you so that the airline can check it before boarding.
3、 Passengers can apply for health code after obtaining the first nucleic acid test report. Please select the Chinese embassy and consulate in Australia in the state (territory) where the first nucleic acid test is located under the "detection institution" item of the health code application system and submit it. If the requirements are met, the embassy and consulate will issue you a "blue health code". Please take the "blue health code" and the second nucleic acid test negative report to board. If there is no nucleic acid test report or the report does not meet the requirements, you will not be allowed to board.
4、 The personnel with past infection history are those who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or whose nucleic acid test results have been positive. The requirement for personnel with past infection history to issue lung imaging diagnosis certificate is cancelled. Other requirements related to recovery confirmation, health monitoring and nucleic acid test 48 hours before travel remain unchanged.
5、 The embassy and consulate in Australia advocate passengers to conduct self health monitoring, instead of requiring nucleic acid testing on the 7th day before boarding and uploading the Self Health Monitoring Form (7 days) to the health code audit system.
