7、 Rules
1. The volleyball match adopts the best of three sets. The game adopts the scoring system of each ball (25 points in the first two games and 15 points in the decisive game). 8. Rules, match ball
8.1 Competition rules: The Rules of International Volleyball Federation Volleyball Competition 2015-2015 approved by China Volleyball Association shall be implemented.

8.3 Before the game, the captain shall sign on the score sheet and draw lots on behalf of the team. In the game, the captain serves as the captain on the field. When the captain is not on the field, the captain shall designate another player other than the free defender in the back row to act as the captain on the field until the player leaves the field or the captain returns to the field, or until the end of the game. Only the captain on the field can talk to the referee when the ball is dead.
8.4 Before the start of each game, the leader or team leader of each team shall fill in the position table, sign it and submit it to the second referee or recorder.
8.5 In each game, each team can request at most two 30 second pauses and 9 replacements. The request for suspension or replacement must be made after the game becomes a dead ball and before the referee whistles for service, and use the corresponding gesture. The players in the lineup at the beginning of each game can withdraw from the game and play again in the same game, and can only return to the position of the original lineup.
8.6 In the first four rounds of the game, there is another technical pause of 30 seconds in each round, which is set to be automatically executed when the leading team reaches 12 points during the game. There is no technical pause in the decisive game (the fifth game), only a 30 second normal pause that each team can request.
8.7. Inter office rest: all inter office rests are 40 seconds.
8.8. The replacement of free defenders in the back row is not recorded in the number of replacements of the team, and there is no limit on the number of replacements.
