4、 The form of teaching and research is diversified, and the effect of teaching and research has reached a new high.
This year, we carried out multi-channel teaching and research activities with training as the main body and seminars and competitions as the auxiliary. There were collective teaching and research, group teaching and research, on-site observation, on-site comments and teaching and research interaction. In the activity, there are not only the content of improving teachers' educational skills, but also the content of solving educational puzzles. The diversified forms of teaching and research can enable teachers to acquire knowledge from multiple perspectives and aspects. In the past year, we have organized competition activities such as environment creation competition, teachers' singing competition, skills competition, on-site observation activities, many on-site teaching and research interactions, and many theoretical trainings. Through teaching and research, teachers' professional growth has made a leap forward, such as: observation sensitivity, ability to analyze and solve problems, ability to organize activities, writing ability, application ability of modern information technology, etc. More than 20 papers, activities, educational essays, and teaching plans published by teachers on Shandong Preschool Education Network.
The enthusiasm of teachers for teaching and research has also risen unprecedentedly, which has enhanced the exchange and communication between leading teachers, made the atmosphere of the whole kindergarten more harmonious, and further stimulated the enthusiasm of teachers for work.
5、 Shortcomings in teaching and research activities
The current teaching and research activities have made a little progress, but there are many shortcomings; The application of modern information technology is not fully mastered; Some teachers are not good at expressing their own opinions; Neglecting the role of parents in teaching and research.
The teaching and research activities of this academic year have ended.
